This location does a good job.Corporate outsourced to a 3rd party for phone orders... The representative I spoke with was absolutely terrible.I strongly advise ordering directly from the store by using extension 5 and speaking with the store management.

Called my order in. Unfortunately the man who took my order at the call center got it incorrect. When I told them I needed the order remade I was told it was impossible and the lady was extremely rude to me. Walked away in a complete huff. It’s too bad they couldn’t have just apologized for the mix up. I was happy to wait, just wanted the food I ordered.

We recently moved here from out of state and got a deal from the General Manager. We decided to try it out so we wouldn’t have to cook on a hot day. You have to call it in so I did. Dude could not figure out what my address was to save his life. Kept telling me I was wrong even though not one other person has struggled with our address. I even checked to make sure I was saying it right. After multiple times of him telling me I was wrong I just hung up. Not like me at all, but I was tired and he was not understanding me. Just not worth the hassle for a pizza.

The person taking my order at the counter was rude, and the prices are outrageous unless you order online. When I asked if they could just match the online order price, the reply was an annoyed "No" and then the person just stared at me like I was an idiot for even asking. There's no chance I'll ever go back to this Papa John's location, or any other for that matter given their refusal to provide fair pricing and service for walk-in customers.

Y'all want a hack?Order the $11.99 cheese with extra cheese and no sauce... Get it uncut and BAM you get cheese sticks with extra cheese finally... You have to cut it yourself btw ?
Got there to pick up my order for them to tell me they don’t have anything for me. I called and checked the status on my order and it said ready for pickup in front of the store worker and still didn’t get anywhere. Lack of customer service with no apology whatsoever. A joke!

EDIT: so im not sure what's going on with this location like they totally disregard what people order or what. Ordered stuff crust pizza with sausage..I instead get a regular (no stuffed crust) pizza with no sausage at all even the ticket on the box said what I was supposed to have...I get mistakes happen but I think this location is jus lacking....moved down to 1 starUsually this is a good location. Disappointing the pizza took an hour and a half to get here and ended up getting delivered by a doordash driver ..this location has gone down hill
