Penn Station East Coast Subs

Just ordered two sandwiches through door dash and they forgot one of the sandwiches. They they were rude with me over the phone saying I need to come pick up the other sandwiches. I will never come back to this location. Just horrible.

Did an Uber eats pick up, ordered at 12:16, claimed to be done 15-30 minutes afterwards got there at 12:40 they didn't even know about my order and then when they found it they claimed they were just waiting on fries but I waited while the made the whole order. AND the order was wrong. Ordered no lettuce and no tomato and got both anyways.

Pretty decent didn't take long and food cooked up nice 👌. Always good fries as well, and the fresh lemon squeezed juice is pretty straight.

It was a hiccup on my end when trying to place my order placed at the wrong time so I came in and I was taking care of.best customer service ever. I wanna thank phoenix I hope that’s how you spell your name but you’re freaking awesome.

You'd think with how much they charge that the soft drink machine would actually dispense cold drinks but I have never gotten a cold beverage from here. No wonder I stopped coming. Food still good tho

Ate here for lunch with my daughter. We had cheesesteak sandwiches and fries. Food was very good. Service was also very good.

Literally pulled a long hair out of my chicken cordon sandwich. Called the store and they want me to drive back across town at 9pm at night to return a sandwich instead of attempting to make it right. I don’t have time to waste to call Penn station to lie about a hair in my sandwich. I also don’t have time to waste to drive it back. The manager of this office pretty much told me I was a liar because there was no one there with long hair. None of the staff had hair nets on or anything to cover the beards in there. So if you would like a hairy sandwich stop at the Penn station on ironwood !
