My husband had a coupon for buy one get one sandwich. He has never been here before so for his first time he didn't have the best experience. He ordered 2 sandwiches a French fry and a Dr pepper. He grabbed his cup to fill it up and the cashier girl harped at him saying that was a water cup and he needed to pay for his drink! He was confused because he ordered the drink when he placed the order, I guess you have to tell 2 people what u want to drink bc she told him he never ordered that... the way she went about the incident was unprofessional and extra extra! Like chill out lady he's never been here before and had no idea what the ordering process was like. The rest of the staff was great and the food was really good. but the lady freaking out over a dr pepper needs a xanax.

OK so this is the second time I have been to Penn station two different locations I walk in there I always get the chicken Parmesan with absolutely nothing on it but oregano and Parmesan cheese and provolone I told the girl today 15 times. No pizza sauce absolutely no pizza sauce I can't stand it. Pizza sauce should not be on the sandwich is disgusting the last time they did it I had to throw the s*** in the damn trashcan. I'm tired of tired, tired tired of wasting my hard earned money and his b******** I'm so f****** sick of it so now I just left there after I was already home I had to drive all the way back and get the right damn sandwich. I'm so mad right now I can't see straight I will never ever. ever ever ever in the history that I live what ever go back to Penn station again I can't believe it I'm so sick and tired of all of us around the world Spohn you are hard-earned money that we work for to get s*** a** food

Racquet was nasty and messed up my order in 4 different ways. Gave me a plain wrap with only turkey, no fries missed my drink order and accused me of stealing it.

Surprised for a sub place! We had a big ol chicken teriyaki sub and it was warmed up, so it was tasty it was large and filled up well with the meat. The chicken was not dry which was a surprise for a sun shop. We ordered fries with it as well, which comes in a big cup. They were seasoned nicely, super fresh, and came out hot and not like warm like other fast food joints. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here

Stood behind the counter talking to each other about salt for 10 minutes and forgot my fries. No answer when I called
Service was good but I most definitely got food poisoning from this establishment. I asked if any of their product hasn't been checked and was instantly denied saying I must have gotten a "bug" from somewhere. Even though they are the only different sort of food I'd eaten in months. To not even take time to check dates while on the call shows negligence and a dismissal of what I'd gone through. That being vomiting and diarrhea all day long. First time at this location and definitely the last.
