They were QUITE busy, which was understandable. Our food came out after some time and the chicken was burnt, mashed potatoes were play -doh consistency, but they fixed the chicken... service was decent, but they seemed understaffed.
Going into Perkins you are greated with a family friendly relaxing atmosphere, it's a shame nothing else lives up to that feeling. While at our table our waiter forgot to bring a glass of water that was requested with the cup of coffee. After our order was taken, hot sauce was requested with our meals. The hot sauce did not come from our waiter and we ended up having to request the water and hot sauce from another staff member.
To continue on the hot sauce thank God for it. When our meals came out they were some of the blandest breakfast items we have had. In terms of dryness the pancake might as well have been saltine crackers in the Sahara desert. In terms of tast there wasn't any. Food was under salted and the "crispy" hasbrowns were as soft as an old man with ED.
Lastly we never received any check ins or refills on our drink. This will most likely be my last time coming here to eat as there is a gas station next door that will most likely give me more satisfaction.

Typical diner type atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Soups, salads, seafood, and veggies.
Dietary restrictions: Let the staff know of any allergies or restrictions and they can offer substitutions.
Parking: Parking was completely around the building and was very open and easy access for handicap.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly offering coloring, changing table, just a tigh squeeze for strollers.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Depending on the crowd, it might be a tight squeeze to get around chairs.

We go to Perkins a lot. The food is consistently good. The Steak & Peppers is a favorite, but I haven't had anything that was not delicious. Service is friendly and courteous. Everything was clean and comfortable. We love the cookies and muffins deal. Don't forget to get pie!

Breakfast had zero flavor. Syrup was like water, and milk had a strange taste.

Last few times I've been here the service has not been good. Was not busy yesterday. Waited for waitress to ask for drinks. Waited to order. Waited for food. Waited for bill. Alot of talking going on behind register. Disappointed again.

Been a fan of the breakfast menu for years. Today decided to order a piece of pie for dessert. The server, maybe the owner, waited on us because nobody came to take our order until we went up and asked for someone to come to our table. Our breakfast was good until the pie came. It was supposed to be the apple caramel pie. It was unrecognizable as it was warm and mushy. It had been microwaved I'm assuming to hide the fact that it was old. Who serves a piece of pie like that? Not someone who cares about their customers. I was insulted by that lack of customer service and will not be back.
