We appreciated the kind service.
If I could leave a 0 I would. My husband and I went for breakfast. We sat and waited for 15 minutes and noone came to our table. No drinks no silverware NOTHING. I will absolutely not be back and neither will my family.

Desserts were enjoyable.
The service was very good, as was the food. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy, the salad was great. My husband thought the pot roast was very good. The bonus was that it was Monday-free slice of pie for each of us! Who knew! We thought everything was a great value.

This place was disgusting. We went there mid afternoon for lunch before heading home. My first stop was the restroom. It was horrid. We should have just turned around and left then. Our server mumbled the entire time and when our salads arrived they were warm. So they were probably unsafe to eat. My hamburger was extremely salty and had a rubbery consistency, but my husband and son said their food was fine. We would have told the server and the staff about our food issues if we thought any of them would care. Will never go back.

Dine-in. Seated right away. The food, service and prices made this a good choice. I will be back!

It was much better than I thought it would be. The people were very nice and attentive. However it was expensive for two adults and two children. I had a sandwich that came with fries. He had a breakfast burger that came with fries. We both had a drink. The chicken both had pancakes with bacon and drinks off of the children's menu. That came to over $50.

The food was very good.
The service was outstanding.
The area before and in the male restroom was deplorable. It smelled like urine and mildew. Had I used the restroom prior to ordering...I would have walked out.
Mr/Ms manager? Can you smell?
I won't be back.

We were just there last night and it was unfortunate because there aren’t a lot of Perkins around where we are from so we were excited to go. When we walked in at 8:30 we were told they were closing at 9. So we asked if it was enough time to still order and get our food. We were told yes (as another group was seated seconds before us). After we sat down it took about 10 minutes or so for them to take our order and only 2 people were working in front of which only 1 girl was really serving the tables and she seemed disappointed there were now (4 tables that didn’t have food at this time). Honestly no more tables should have been allowed in. Finally our order was taken. At 8:50 our food came but my order was never put in. Our waitress came over and told me and essentially looked and asked to see what I wanted to do about it. :( It was a long day, we had been traveling this why we were there late. I knew she was in a hurry to close and now she seemed frustrated at us because it was one more order she would have to put I . So I opted to not have my order. Note: there was one more table who didn’t have their food and they were told they could stay open until 9:30 for them, but it was getting stressful as food wasn’t coming for people. Just not the experience we expected. It was our choice to stay but the one we do have left in Wisconsin is very efficiently run and they are quick with food. So we did assume when they sat us the food and service would be enough time. On a positive note (always should end well, the restaurant was very clean and the gentleman working didn’t show any frustration or disappointment with additional guests still being in the building that himself and the other woman sat down). :)

It's adequate
The A/C wasn’t properly working in our portion of the restaurant and other customers were even complaining about feeling sick. Waitress didn’t come greet us for at least 10 minutes then didn’t bring us water or silverware until after food was served. Very slow and bad experience.

There’s probably a reason why the restaurant was empty when we walked in. I ordered a pickup in advance (over an hour in advance too). When I picked up, they forgot my son’s orange juice and cookie, so I had to circle back to get those. They put whipped cream on his pancakes when I said not to (it melted and made a mess when it was opened). My pie was absolutely demolished and not a “slice of pie”, more like a puddle of pie. AND THEN as I’m finally going through my stuff, they charged and gave me a 3 stack of pancakes.. which I did not order. Not sure if it was the poor service quality or the fact that the AC was broken for why the restaurant was DEAD when we walked in.. but an order an hour in advance with only 1 table filled when we walked in and getting my order wrong this much, I’m sure it’s the service.
