Portion: very few tips, few fries, and cole slaw. $13.90 Pricing was not good at all for portion. Taste: Cole slaw was terrible. My wife or I couldn't eat it. Fries were ok. Tips were not good and sauce was bad. This was my first and last time going to Pitts.

On our way to Chicago to see Iron Maiden. So I pulled up my Yelp App and looked for something local. We decided on BBQ and found this place. We love to try BBQ in different places all over the US. I don't think we've ever had any really bad BBQ. This was no exception. I wish I could remember what we had, but I can't locate any pics on my phone or 'cloud'.

Very burnt ribs that were not edible. I brought them back to the store to show the owner and he harassed me and threw me out of his restaurant. Definitely will not be a repeat customer.

10/10 used to go there every pay day when I lived on campus so much I became pretty consistent and they knew my order. Today I was having a bad day and decided I was going to spoil myself went around 1:50 when I thought they'd be pretty busy due to lunch. Sad to say I was disappointed when I found a locked store. Not sure if I was there during someone's lunch break, I just hope they're ok and COVID isn't hitting them too hard. Would really like to know if they're still open and if I can get some more food.P.s. order is the white girl that would order mini tip dinner sometimes with a corncob additional side every other Friday for like 2 years.

Just down the street from IUSB, this is the best bbq I've had in South Bend. The Mac n cheese and coleslaw is great and I plan on coming back with my spouse for next time. ❤️

Their rib tips are very good. We thought rib tips sounded good for supper,went to Pitts Bbq at 5pm on monday and they were locked up tighter than a drum.point is nobody can buy and Pitts BBQ can't sell if their not open!

Great place. The meat is amazing. Juicy not too chewy. And there sauces are awesome. Love there tangy sauce. Perfect. The meat is as good if not better. Only other thing is there coslaw could use some. Taste. It's just bland. Personally.
