I decided to look up Pizza Hut a few nights ago to see if they were still in business it’s been a long time since I’ve seen or heard anything about Pizza Hut. I used to eat from Pizza Hut often but I guess ever since covid I things changed a lot. Anyways the food has always been really good and it never disappoints me when I eat there.

Answer the phone when someone calls. Tried to call 3 times to change order and nobody answered.Edit: Attempted to try Pizza Hut one last time. Went to app. Prices for the "specials" changed every time. Even the "complementary items" from using points had an upcharge that negated the complementary concept. What a joke. Never getting pizza hit again.

We had ordered a thin supreme pizza, After picking it up it had no odor of a pizza and upon getting home it was half warm and had kind of an odd taste. We will never order another from the S.B. Ave

It's a pizza Hutt. It's exactly what you would expect and you get exactly what you pay for. They get your order done in a timely manner and the workers inside are nice. If you are in the mood for some pizza and you like pizza Hutt, you can't go wrong with this location.

Everything was good but I was missing the melt from my order. And by the time I realized it (didn't eat right away) the store was closed.
I have place an order for pan pizza and they give me hand toss. I requested for replacement or refund they refused and test is not good poor service ??

I always ask for extra sauce and my pizza cut in squares. They must not know how to square cut pizza. Other then that the people are friendly and the food is good. I just wish they would cut my pizza like I ask.

I'm only doing a 1-star because I can't do a zero. Yesterday, 11.17.22 at 12 PM I placed a large order for my staff. (It stated a 25-35 min wait) After an hour and a half, I called to check the status. VERY RUDELY was told the order was canceled because I was a new customer. (This is the only location I ever order from for work so that was bizarre but whatever.) I asked him to please, re-submit the order, to which he stated, " yeah, you don't need to place an order, THANK YOU!!" and he freaking HUNG up on me!!!! I'm still shocked! LOL What in the hell.... I guess at work, we'll be ordering Papa Johns's moving forward.
