This particular store the food is hit and miss it depends on who's working usually the oven is running to hot and overcooks the pizza I ordered a thin crust and the edges were burnt and crispy, they forgot an order of cheese sticks, ordered a pizza square cut and it came regular cut, and the toppings seem to keep getting skimpier every time I order

Today makes the third time i get pizza that doesn't fully have cheese i always get like 3 slices without cheese and i let the lady know and she got mad and started arguing with me and acted very rude so i probably wont come back and i am a regular customer since my pregnancy i have been craving their pizza not happy with how they treat their customers even the manager was very unprofessional and rude and i was there waiting and my pizza was never made so i just got my money back and left

We ordered on the Pizza Hut app. And got a deal.
We ordered a large pizza with 5 topping and cheese in the crust, and it was delicious.
The staff member who helped us was on break in a booth, and as soon as we walked in, she walked to the counter to assist us and get our pizzas.
The pizza was warm and done in the time we were provided.

They gave me a pizza that tasted and smelled like a 3 day old pizza that was microwaved and luke warm at that. At first I thought it was overcooked but it literally tasted 3 days old, it was rubbery. I arrived early to carry out and it wasnt even hot. The first bad experience from any Pizza Hut location I've ever been to. Not going back to that outdated dingy lighting 1980s building anymore

Went in was not greeted it took someone about 4-5 minutes to even come and take my order they could have at least said I'll be with you in a moment to let me know I was acknowledged

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ordered one thing, got another. Called, and was told they haven't sold that menu item in 8 months. Ok, not their fault. What was their fault, no one contacted me to tell me and give me options. They threw in French fries. And when I asked for a credit, I was told to bring the French fries back. It was a delivery order. If I had felt well enough to drive,I wouldn't have paid extra for delivery. The woman got huffy when I told her that. Will NEVER order from this place again.

Since cleanliness is in question, I can only think of old products.Service - the computer crashed so had to wait almost 30 minutes to pay with credit card. Good customer service would have compped the pizza with such issues.Atmosphere - everything looks dirty and everything is sticky dirty.In short, I'll never be back.
