Both pizzas and breadsticks were cooked perfectly. Also had plenty of toppings that tasted delicious. Had a problem previously and they offered to correct it. And they definitely did. Everything was great. Employees were also very friendly. Definitely recommend!

2nd time they forgot my sauces. Time before that they forgot my breadsticks. Time before that they gave me a mushroom pizza, didn't realize til I got home. I'm allergic to mushrooms smdh. Said I would get store credit. Never did. I'm about to start going somewhere else for now on. I'm a regular customer. I spend 100s for this to keep happening an nothing ever gets resolved.

I Called and spoke with Erica who is the GM of this location on western. she is awesome by the way!!!!! the issue is that the business doesn't open until 3pm Monday thru Thursday. which there are a lot of corporate business in the area. school is letting out soon not to mention all the traffic for workers from construction highway work and amazon. you guys are missing out on a lot of money. and missing a lot of customers. To be honest pizza hut is way better than papa johns little ceasers and dominos yet us as the customers are limited to when we can eat from our favorite pizza place. unfortunate situation. and give that Erica a raise!!! she is the sweetest lady in restaurant business/ customer service I've dealt with in awhile since working here in sb area.

This particular store the food is hit and miss it depends on who's working usually the oven is running to hot and overcooks the pizza I ordered a thin crust and the edges were burnt and crispy, they forgot an order of cheese sticks, ordered a pizza square cut and it came regular cut, and the toppings seem to keep getting skimpier every time I order

Today makes the third time i get pizza that doesn't fully have cheese i always get like 3 slices without cheese and i let the lady know and she got mad and started arguing with me and acted very rude so i probably wont come back and i am a regular customer since my pregnancy i have been craving their pizza not happy with how they treat their customers even the manager was very unprofessional and rude and i was there waiting and my pizza was never made so i just got my money back and left

We ordered on the Pizza Hut app. And got a deal.
We ordered a large pizza with 5 topping and cheese in the crust, and it was delicious.
The staff member who helped us was on break in a booth, and as soon as we walked in, she walked to the counter to assist us and get our pizzas.
The pizza was warm and done in the time we were provided.

They gave me a pizza that tasted and smelled like a 3 day old pizza that was microwaved and luke warm at that. At first I thought it was overcooked but it literally tasted 3 days old, it was rubbery. I arrived early to carry out and it wasnt even hot. The first bad experience from any Pizza Hut location I've ever been to. Not going back to that outdated dingy lighting 1980s building anymore
