If your definition of a pizza is cheese and dough, this is the Pizza Hut for you. Idk why I’ve given them so many chance, but 95% of the times I’ve gotten a pizza from this location it’s awful and each time it comes down to them trying to spread a teaspoon of marinara sauce across an entire large pizza.So here’s to another month or two of not ordering from this Pizza Hut location. Then totally forgetting and reliving the experience of this god awful pizza.

Service sucks. Place isn’t clean I have grown to hate Pizza Hut. Hell order a melt from them just picked it up and it’s hard as a rock and we’ll prob won’t even eat it. So yea never ordering from this store

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Pizza Hut!!! My boyfriend called six times. They either put him on hold or they would hung up on him. I just gave them a call. As soon as my boyfriend talked the manager would hang up. It’s the Pizza Hut on Western Ave. We were just trying to get our sauces back. And since we were dealing with it for almost half an hour. We finished our food, so we asked for our money back.

I am a Pizza hut lover although first time at this specific restaurant i was disgusted and disappointed. Bread sticks were dry hard and burned with no garlic sauce on it , then the pizza crust was the same not a drop of garlic and too cold. South bend disappointed me.

Cold had nothing in restaurant employees swearing children screaming ( employees children) no fountain pop sign says hot nacho cheese. Couldn't warm. A waste of time money experience. I could go on but why waste my time.It felt like the place was closing for good. Maybe it should.

Placed an order for 2 big dinner boxes, 2 of the pizzas were wrong. The other ones barely had anything on it. There was a dab of sauce, a spot of cheese and like 5 pepperoni on top. When I called employee was rude and gave attitude about giving me credit for the 2 wrong pizzas . Did not apologize for the inconvenience. So in all $80 down the drain.
No dine in, pick up only, sad, no wings, Pizza Hut had left this store to fail- people need jobs and they can only have 1 person to run whole store- not enough payroll---sad for employees

The pizza was not good. Everything about it was not what it used to be or what it should be. It is as if the chefs have lost all respect for serving quality meals they take pride in. I understand burn out but there is no excuse for being okay with serving food this way. burnt bread sticks, no marinara sauce pizza barely had any cheese one it, what was provided had no flavor to it. the cheese in the crust was melted out and clearly over baked. They had limited beverage selections after I had already paid for a Pepsi. (They had none) all around not good.

Pizza was cold, breadsticks was cold, and I was on time picking it up. They forgot to give me my marinara sauce for the breadsticks. Pizza barely had any sauce or cheese. And I ordered a pan pizza and they gave me hand-tossed.

Food was amazing the employees were polite. Now the call center did not tell me she was charging me full price when I ordered some wings when it was a wing Wednesday where it's 75¢ a piece. The guys working helped me get the price lowered so I could get the offer. Plan on ordering again next month
