I got a text that my pizza was out for delivery at 12:47. At 12:54 I got a voice mail from the manager saying that the delivery would take longer than expected because the driver had a big order to deliver before mine. At 1:20 the driver finally showed up with a cold, soggy pizza for me.
I’m 8 minutes from the store and gave a good delivery tip on my order. Waiting over 30 minutes because the driver had a big order to deliver was ridiculous. She could have quickly dropped...read full review
