So so disappointing. I looked forward to having this pizza all week. It's a luxury for me. I paid full price $30.93 for the pizza and an order of lava cakes. I also ordered garlic dipping sauce which I paid for and never received. I called the store and let them know I paid for but didn't get the sauce. He said I would have a $5 credit on my account. That was the second pizza I have ordered there and this one was awful. It was hard, dry and maybe had one mushroom, and one piece of green pepper, hardly any of the ingredients I ordered on each slice. Worst pizza I have had in years. That $5 credit will sit there forever because I will not order from that store ever again. Second pizza in a row I ordered there and it was the absolute worst. So ___king disappointing. Dry, hard and hardly any of the ingredients I ordered. Domino's ---- no thanks!!!

Pizza Huts big New Yorker was a big disappointment. The Miami St location needs serious help. Never will I order from there or any Pizza Hut again. The time before this one was not good, but I wanted to give them a second chance since I wanted to try the big New Yorker. Never have I been so disappointed in the taste, appearance, and quality of a pizza! The staff was standing around talking for several minutes before approaching the counter to help me, as well. New mgmnt is needed at Miami St.

Never again am I ordering from Miami st. I’ve given multiple chances to do things correctly, but they are extremely cheap with things. Barely any sauce, (apparently it’s just for color), and every time I get pizza from there, because there is hardly any sauce, when it cooks, it completely dries out and the whole bottom of the pizza essentially turns into and tastes like cardboard… NEVER again am I ordering from that store…
Best Pizza Hut location I've ever been to. It's the only pizza I like other than the school pizza that we used to get. I visited many throughout the years in the United States and even one in Glasgow Scotland. Yes this is my home store. The food is always hot, fresh, and very fast. The staff are extremely friendly. They always greet me by name and a smile.

Place was ok...ordered contactless curbside though and that didn't happen!!! Called and called and had to go in to get it myself, I'm glad for everyone there I didn't have covid and that I'm just an angry person who tries to avoid conflict, but here we are...thanks pizza hut for the wonderful food!!!!
