we ordered a pizza for take out. it was horribly. very undercooked and very few toppings for what we paid for. Will never go back.
My daughter brought me for my birthday dinner. I ordered the salad bar, extra bread sticks, and the Rigatoni in Vodka sauce. My Rigatoni came out first before my daughter's pizza so we both tried mine. It was barely warm. Like barely. I even picked up the plate and it was lukewarm I realized. My daughter took a bite and was surprised herself. I told the waitress I needed a box because it was cold. She proceeded to apologize. I went in with my family to use a gift card we were given. The bill was over $50, so I gave the waitress my $50 gift card and a CC. After an awful long wait I was informed, "Rachel says your gift card was stolen, we gave you a 15% discount and ran your card for the rest". The gift card wasn't stolen, the guy that gave it to me is a fine upstanding citizen something Rachel wouldn't understand.
