The wait was not long. The service was great food, nice and hot and fresh would recommend this location of Popeyes.

The food was ice cold, my order was wrong and items were missing. Nobody seem to understand English, but started to talk trash about customers in Spanish. The supervisor or whoever he was on duty left me waiting at the counter to go take orders in the drive thru. Then proceeded to continue to call me lady when I have a name. I didn’t get any condiments that I asked for either. Like at this point I feel like if I would’ve called ICE, maybe everybody in there would’ve gotten every single order done correctly, and wouldn’t have anything smart to say in Spanish. This is my LAST time dealing with Popeyes on Michigan street.

My last visit will be my last visit. Ordered an 8 piece meal through the app. Things started heading downhill when I go through the drive through to pickup my order. The person taking orders was unintelligible. I figure out he tells me to pull ahead to the first window. I get to the first window, give him my name and order number. He looks at me, does not say anything, and closes the window. I wait, and wait, a different employee comes to the window, asks what I ordered, and tells me I owe x $. I explain that it was a mobile order and paid through the app. He says OK, and closes the window. And I wait, and wait again. Finally the first employee mumbles something about pulling to the next window.

I pull forward and eventually a third employee comes to the window, hands me a bag, quickly closes the window, and disappears inside. I check the bag- my sides are missing. Honk my horn, and eventually someone comes back to the window. I tell him my sides are missing. He says OK, disappears for a moment, and brings back one side. I have try explain that both sides were missing and he goes back and gets the other side.

But wait there’s more! I get home, and my 8 piece *dark * consists of 4 thighs and 2 drumsticks, plus 3 wings (which goes without saying aren’t dark meat).

Tl:dr. Terrible service, missing items, and incorrect items.

Luckily there are many other dining options next door and across the street. I will choose one of the alternatives from now on.

Ordered a 16 price meal and only allowed 3 sauces. Argued and wanted to charge extra for sauce. Let this location sink. Horrible management. Highly NOT recommended. Dont waste your time or money!!!!!

Went to get the new meal, I thought they forgot my second box menu, went inside, told a worker, so they started correcting it, but then the person who helped me through the drive thru came up and asked me what they forgot. I told them the second box, they said they put in the bag (assumed it was just the biscuits) and the non-deluxe box meal doesn’t come with a drink so I bought another. (I said also in the drive thru fanta for one, sprite for the other and they didn’t say anything.) When we get home we are not only missing the chicken from that meal that was supposedly in the bag, but also missing a tender from the first meal too. (It’s supposed to be 3, I only got 2). Should’ve fully looked into the bag, but I was already annoyed with the person so I just wanted to leave.

It's Popeyes! I went for the hot ones special items. Staff well and was polite. Food of course is Popeyes and facility being newer is nice.

Popeyes may not care about losing me as a customer but I care where I spend my money. My dinner was unacceptable!!! Food was old! My chicken tenders were hard. Mostly pieces of breading. Paid for a meal & couldnt eat any of it. Every item was hard & old.

I got some wings there with little to no sauce on them, the wings were small this is the worst Popeyes that I've ever been to

I have never had bad food from Popeyes until today. I got home, open the box to find very small pieces of chicken taste like day old and their large containers of side dishes are like a small plus they biscuits were hard. Everything was terrible. I barely ate the chicken. Maybe 1/4 piece of a breast. Cant believe I paid $30 for that!!!!
