This is large Coleslaw I got in drive through, wonder if they took it from a costumer who was eating in side at that time.

Still never received email nor a call. I just wanted my money back and they couldn't even do that.
What happened was I ordered from western store and i was sitting in the parking lot, ordering my food and then my food ended up going all the way to laport i know that I should have looked at it but I was in a rush ain't the customer always right i know every time you use mcdonald's, it always goes to the closest one it been 3 weeks something has to happened

Waited for my food for about 20 minutes after being told 5 before I decided to go around and ask for a refund instead. Manager or cook must’ve thought I don’t speak Spanish because she was complaining about how small my order was and that ‘all that for 5 dollars’ as she processed my refund. Unbelievably unprofessional

By far the worst Popeyes I’ve EVER been to! I was asked to pull up and my food wasn’t even fresh or hot period when received! My shrimp weren’t even edible, my red beans and rice were half full, and my biscuit was so dry I literally bounced it! Like this is just terrible….and my shrimp came in a cup! I should’ve just took my $12 and threw it out the window, it would’ve been much better spent

The worst place to eat chicken, and the service is the worst. They serve you angrily, as if they hate what they do. Terrible customer service. I'll never go back. The Freddy Fazbear Box promotion was a total rip-off, It was supposed to come with chicken tenders, cheese bites, and a cupcake, but everything was hard and cold, and the cupcake was stale.

First time I had their coleslaw it had a unseasoned slimy feel. Second visit biscuit very hard and had a bleach taste did not eat. fries very salty chicken mediocre. Will not go back.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 combo meals. I asked for honey, forks, and extra napkins at the speaker. When I got to the window I paid and again asked for honey, forks, and extra napkins. The cashier was impatient and rude when taking my money because I was looking for the 3 pennies to pay. Just to keep me waiting another 5 min for my food. I got home with my order and I had no honey, no forks, and no napkins. This is a new location they should reevaluate their drive thru personnel.
