Decided to have lunch here after shopping with my mom and my young daughter. I wasn’t sure if they were open due to no cars in the parking lot and what looked to be no one inside. We walked in and were the only customers in the establishment with about five employees behind the counter talking to each other. All three of us were standing in front of the counter, waiting to order and were never acknowledged. We were clearly standing there waiting to order as they just kept talking to each other. About 5 minutes later another couple entered the building and walked up behind us. The employee walked up to them and asked what they wanted to order. I asked the lady if she didn’t see us standing here and she told me the line started at the end of the counter. Due to being the LITERAL only three people in the building I figured she knew we wanted to order food. We were standing maybe 4 feet to the right of where we “ Needed to order”. Because we were weren’t, she wanted us to go all the way around and behind the other Customers. ??! I was honestly shocked. What kind of customer service was that?! This establishment had very poor customer service and was very dirty to begin with and offputting. I will never be coming here again, and these people should not have jobs. needless to say, we left and went somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I were very excited to try it since it was closer to our house than the one in Mishawaka. When we walked in, an employee was elbow-deep in the garbage and then immediately went to preparing food for mobile orders without washing their hands (even though they were wearing gloves, they were ELBOW DEEP in the trash can). We ended up walking right out. I understand they were probably high schoolers working, but food safety has to be the top priority.

The guy taking the orders was very pushy on being done with the counter. Literally put rice on my burrito looks at me is that it. Both me and my girlfriends burritos fell apart as soon and we went to pick them up. Food its self is good but customer service was not as good as the first time we came to this one wont be back ill drive the distance for mishawaka instead

First time here. Was good. We both got bowls. I got double protein, grilled chicken and grilled steak. 😋

As soon as you walk in, it smells like boo-boo I got a bowl with chicken and the chicken was burnt and dried out and she had the nerve to give me a half a scoop. I don’t think she charged me for the extra scoop. I got all the toppings look mushy and old will not come back to this location.

Qdoba is my favorite and absolutely stoked there is one on this side of town.

Only negative i have is the portion sizes are much smaller compared to the Mishawaka location.

But customer service here is an A+

Great food. Always try a new meat when coming in always fresh and delicious, quick to get our order made and omg chips are on point everytime! Everyone including management was awesome friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend 👌

ABSOLUTE TRASH. How about you don't sell burritos of you don't know how to roll a burrito. It COMPLETELY fell apart as soon as I opened the foil wrapping. Very poor quality and wouldn't waste my money here again.
