The food is great and affordable. The only problem is how slow they are with the service. You'll be waiting in line for at least 15 minutes on most days.

Ordered ahead so I could pull up, pick up my order and be gone. Nope!! 1 car in front of me at the window for pickup orders. I sat there waiting for 15 minutes waiting for them to get their food. Ok so at this point it's during lunch time maybe he has a huge order. NOPE! 1 soda and a small bag came out of the window. He pulls away and I pulled up to the window. I sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. Their in the store running their mouths and not doing anything. Finally one of them noticed I was there and told the person who was working the window I was there. After that the food came out within a couple minutes after that. So I got my food it's about a 20 minute drive back home. We only get Rally's once in a while because it's kinda far when there are every other fast food restaurants close to us. I get home n taking the food out of the bag and of course not all the food is there. Missing 2 pies when we had 4 in our order. Was a disappointing experience. The one that used to be by us closed down during COVID. We only have 1 now in our city. Please build more. The food is always good and better than McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's. Just the service is slow and check your bags before you leave.

The food was good that I did order but they gave me the wrong sandwich when I tried to call the number on the receipt it said disconnected and then when I look online it's the same number so basically there's no way of getting your money back and when I went up there it was close to closing time so I couldn't even go back for everybody else out there check your sandwich open the rapper or else you're on your own smh

First they didn't give me my whole order. Then when I called they kept hanging up on me. The lady at drive through was very rude. I spend a lot of money every week there. I will never go there again.

The food is great, the woman running the counter was very rude, when I put my hand out to receive my change she put it on the counter, she didn't smile or say thank you. she was also belittling other customers waiting at the drive through.just because you're busy is no reason to be rude.

Placed my order, and after paying eas told the order was almost ready and to pull to the other window. As we pulled off was told it was ready, but we were too far up and we're still told to pull around. When I got home with the order my garlic parm fries had dumped out of box and into the bottom of the bag and I ordered tl2 of the same sandwich for me and the person with me and we got 2 different sandwiches. I've been once before and it was decent. Maybe tonight was just a bad night, But still very aggravating.

Unfortunately the last rally’s in the area. Food is ok but service is incredibly slow and very very rude staff.

To start this review off, when we began ordering we were rushed and seemed to be a bother. We were going to order more then what we did but felt like we couldn’t and asked to have a shake, and got yelled at “we stopped doing that” it was 7:20 on years eve at the south bend location, the woman working had red short hair. While waiting we noticed several cars pull away in a hurry. When we got to the window it got slammed and we were rushed once again. After that interaction we pulled over to eat and watched as she screamed and got into another employee’s face. If that’s how rally’s is running this establishment, it won’t last. The food was great, other than the 30 minute wait.

I can't rate the food since I never got a chance to get any. There was one car already pulled to the window when I arrived at the box. Waited for 10 minutes before I finally heard anything and it was a very rushed, garbled "Welcome to Rallys". No "wait a minute" No "order when you're ready." No communication there. I waited another 10-15 minutes, said "hello?" Got no answer and then the worker walked away from the window. I left. The same car that was at the window when I arrived was still there when I left. I'm assuming they were understaffed at the time, but 20 minutes and still not even able to just order is ridiculous. I don't blame the employee. She was probably the sole worker there and likely doing the best she could.
