Does anyone know why this place closed they had the best pizza will they be reopening?

They’re service has gotten so bad. Last bad experience was ordering through door dash and them accepting the order. Just to find out nobody was there. We called and actually went to their location. Stay away. Give your money to the local spots

I tried ordering online for carry out but the discount code wasn't working. I called and they said to check out and they would give me the discount when I pick it up. They were very nice and honored that when I got to the store. Excellent wings and pizza!

Sauce was a bit sweet for me and seemed on the expensive side. Kids liked it though.

Great pizza, absolutely loved my order today. Classic deep dish, and toasted meatball subs. Both were absolutely delicious, this was my 1st order and it definitely wont be my last. Think I have a new favorite pizza place.?

Never had Romeos, so we tried it tonight. Called and ordered a couple pizzas and a couple calzones and some chicken wings for carry out. Got there 30 min later, per their instructions. Only one pizza was done. “It will be 30 more minutes for us to make the rest” With apologies, but no explanation why. Also the order said Strombolis instead of the calzones I ordered. (They are different things!) Paid for and brought home the one pizza they did make.2 stars for a massive fail? The pizza they did make was pretty good. (The sauce is sweet) But there are lots of pizza places that always get my order right. I will go to one of those but, wont go back to Romeo’s.

Not sure if it was because my pizza was delivered ice cold or if they deliberately put 5 pounds of sugar in their sauce but it was not good. The sauce is overly sweet to the point that I couldn’t finish one slice.

I called on Wednesday April 21 at approximately 8PM asking about delivery for a pizza and was immediately given a death threat for no apparent reason. I highly recommend staying away from this store. They have terrible employees. I asked what he was talking about and he said he would track me down and kill me. This place should be closed down immediately! DONT COME HERE

I asked a very simple question about their menu only to be met with rudeness, yelling and curse words, would not recommend.
I worked here as an employee since they first opened, but became a General Manager and worked for another 6 months with that position. I no longer work here because the owner was very disrespectful and degrading towards me, even when I found out I was pregnant, I was being compared to his wife. Secondly, the store hours keep changing just about every couple of weeks maybe every month because of circumstances which seemed to turn off a lot of customers. The food tastes excellent, but half the employees don’t even wear gloves prepping food, even during Covid-19. The new General Manager there now I believe will try to get the store out of the state it’s in, while I couldn’t due to too much stress and disrespect the owner was giving to me.

The beans were terrible I want to die after eating them. I have been on the toilet for the last 20 minutes and it just keeps coming. I’m running out of toilet paper and it won’t stop... I highly recommend you stay away as this stuff is hazardous.

Let me break it down for you, worked at this establishment for about 2 months and got fired because my significant other was working there too and the gm accused her of stealing with no solid proof of stealing. The only way we found out we were fired was because we weren’t on the next schedule. So after I seen that we weren’t on the next schedule I proceeded to text the GM asking if I was fired or not and she read my message then blocked me from communicating with her. Terrible management in that store. I would proceeded with caution going to this establishment.

The Chicago style deep dish with pepperoni and sausage is why this place has stolen my heart. The crust is like butter, it’s flakey and the sauce is what makes this pizza so delicious. It’s a nice change up from the basic pizza places in down. I use to be a die hard Bruno’s customer, but I think I might be switching teams for this deep dish!! Must try!

Ordered a pizza for pickup, walked up to the door and a sign said stay in your car, curbside only. Okay, so I turned around, and as I walked back to my car, an employee came up and opened the door for me. Wasn't wearing a mask and was on the phone the whole time.Pizza was good, got the deep dish. Not comparable to Chicago but above average for non-Chicago deep dish.
