The service was horrible! Very rude. They will not get another dime from me ever, and I'll stand on it! Any business that deals with people should be understanding and try to find solutions, but instead, they gaslight. I pray (and God doesn't play about me) that this business gets shut down, and I'm trying my BEST TO MAKE SURE IT DOES!!!! And as I read other reviews, I know now I wasn't the only one

I love Saylor's. It's a 3 Hour Dr. for me so whenever I come into town I always go there. Their supreme pizza and their customer service is the best I have found.
I ordered an All Meat pizza. I got an all beef. By mistake. All they will do is bring a new one. Nothing else. It would be another hour. 2 hours. Their mistake. I paid. And got a one topping pizza terrible customer service policies. I called the Elkart store. Talked to their manager. He said. They can remake it. Pick up the wrong one... Or They could have issued. A refund. Or a credit. I even asked if they kept phone numbers. For a credit. Oh. We don't do that. People make mistakes. Mistakes happen. That's what i was told. When I called back. About my wrong order.I asked to have the owner call me back.So. They break policy. On South Michigan Street.Photos show that is a one topping Beef pizza. She explained was the only other delivery the driver had.
