Horrible attitude from cashier. Was deciding to see what to order and cashier kept asking me impatiently what I wanted. There was no one around. I then decided to order and added a pastry and she ignored me and I just paid and left. Such a sad experience

This place used to be a great place to go. The last several times we tried to get ice cream we can seem to get a staff member to help us. Last night the staff member helped the people in front of us and then walked away. They did not greet us or tell us someone else would have to help us. Not returning, we give up on this place!

Worst service EVER!!!!!! I asked about salted caramels and she showed me where they were and then walked away and never came back. The tables were filthy - nowhere to sit because leftover food and dirty napkins on them. Sadly, we were from out of town and looking forward to coming here as the place was listed on Pinterest. What a disappointment.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a place to relax and have some coffee to do some work and I had a great experience here! A worker there named Ariana was very welcoming and helpful! She gave off a nice vibe and put a smile on my face as she welcomed me into the store.

I used to visit this place regularly. As a teen, through my early twenties, then as a new mom… the play area was lovely and the food was fresh and comforting.
Now… everything about this place is absolutely DISGUSTING. They serve moldy cake, the floors are sticky, the employees are far from helpful, the food is basic and not worth the cost at all, the play area is the worst-kept play space I have ever seen and smells like diapers, the gift shop rarely has anyone to help… and shouldn’t be so easily accessible via the play area.
Make it better or just shut it down.

Really enjoyed coming here with friends and bringing my 5 year old. He was able to enjoy the indoor play place while I enjoyed coffee with friends. My husband loved the soda selection. South Bend chocolate is amazing as well!

Ordered a latte, it tasted like old gas station coffee someone poured steamed milk over. I'm honestly not exaggerating. The woman working at the counter was very nice, I don't know if she just made it with old expresso or the establishment has cheap practices. The interior itself was very dirty, which surprised me.
