Absolutely terrible customer service mobile order sat for 25 minutes worker refused to remake the drink was told it wasn't their fault and they are not remaking it have had three incidents with this Starbucks and will never step foot in it again if I could give zero Stars I would

The hours posted indicate 6:00AM-12PM on Sunday. The website says they are open. It is 9:16 on Sunday morning. The lights are off and the gates are closed. Ugh! Super disappointed.
Placed my order and paid. They proceeded to take 10 other orders after mine. I was the only one left and was asked if I had everything. I said no I'm still waiting. Answer was well we are only 2 people back here. I told them I was a food service manager and they should fill orders in the order they come in. I waited 15 min. for 2 second sandwiches. I was also told they did not care and maybe I should come behind the counter and try working. Totally rude and uncalled for. This was on Sunday September 4 at approximately 11:00am. You need to watch these 2 young girls. They had time to text on their phones while I was waiting.
