As of today, July 30, 2025 There was one specific worker that just had a terrible attitude and was all on her phone that did not seem very professional at all. I did not want to order anything at all. She was also rushing us and didn’t give us made us feel uncomfortable. she was visually gorgeous, but her attitude was hideous. Although the guy made a really good drink for my friend though

Due to theee rudeness @ my home store on Western Avenue in South Bend I have to make a small trip to the location on 23 & Ironwood in Martin’s… the Manager Kayla & her TEAM ROCK! They never disappoint! Time is nothing when your coffee is tha bomb! (sorry I drank it before I could get bk to wk & do the review!) 🤣🤣😂😂🤣

Friendly staff. They are not a stand alone store, so rewards do not always apply as well as other random restrictions at times. Very convenient location, welcoming, very consistent quality.

Absolutely terrible customer service mobile order sat for 25 minutes worker refused to remake the drink was told it wasn't their fault and they are not remaking it have had three incidents with this Starbucks and will never step foot in it again if I could give zero Stars I would
