I want to hear with two other friends today and bought them coffee, they got their mocha and Latte over 15 minutes before I received my cold drink. Several customers that came in after us ordered at the counter and received their drinks before I did. I watched the Barista make a total of 12 drinks before she made mine between drive-thru orders and walk-ins

i was just in , another customer told the gir working that a fly was on my muffin , i watched her re-heat & package my food up & try to hand it to me , when i tell her that i overheard that conversation she proceeds to tell me there wasnt another muffin ! never again will i return to this location watch ur food ! smh

Worst experience I have ever had in a coffee shop. They like to kick out people who are trying to stay warm and the two female employees who did it did so with a smirk on their faces. When I went up to the lady as she was about to leave and asked if I could buy her coffee, one of the women tried to stop me and tell me that that was against their policy. She decided to get into a verbal altercation with me in front of the entire café. Do better. Horribly rude, nasty and argumentative people running this location. Do something about it or these reviews won’t stop.
