I was told that they don't make the Java chip Frappuccino anymore. I just got one last week. It's weird that locations pick and choose which ones wanna make certain drinks as much money as they charge for a cup of coffee.

Ordered ahead on my app as I usually do. I ordered about 8:25 and got there at 8:40. Was not ready yet. No worries, they were busy. I waited about 10 min. Nothing. So I grabbed my phone to make sure I didn’t order at the wrong location. It was correct. It’s now 8:55 and nothing. During this 15 minutes I’m waiting, half of the staff was standing around. The cashier kept saying, “omg the line is wrapped around the building,” and people would stop what they were doing and look. So I go and ask how long for my order, that I submitted at 8:25, and they said about 5-10 more minutes. I was like no, I need a refund I have to go to work. He said ok we will cancel the order. I asked how do I get my money back? He was like, I’m not sure let me ask. While waiting for that another customer waiting started reaching behind the counter for all of the food that has been sitting there for 20+ minutes and said hey is this yours? I said yep. It was cold. So they were making all do the food ahead but not getting the drinks done. He came back with someone and she said, oh you need call support they will refund it. Needless to say, support isn’t helping. I won’t be coming back and I came daily. So thank you for the terrible service, I can save some money now.

I come to this location EVERYDAY. Normally I have a great experience and I spend a lot of money being that I’m there every single day the employees that were once there were great and knew my order and conversed with me and made sure my drinks were made with flat lids. The new morning crew specifically the black lady are very rude. I ask for them to please switch my lids (youd think she’d make my drinks right since I’m there daily) and she’s always rude and reply’s IT IS. I come to this location because it’s open before the martins next door but now I will take my business there to not have to deal with these rude employees. If you don’t like making your customers requests find another job. We customers didn’t ask for you to apply at Starbucks where customer service is key!!! Bring back my honey who went to the south side!!! THEY WERE THE BEST.

Usually this place is not bad but they need to work on customer service with some of their staff...just had the rudest girl at the drive through not even say anything to me at all just handed it and shut the door on my face before I could even ask for a couple napkins..just went and continued her conversation with a co worker..unprofessional

literally had remake my drink a second time and they still didn’t get it right. it’s not hard at all to actually listen to the customers instead of having your music louder than them. get it together.
