I come to this location EVERYDAY. Normally I have a great experience and I spend a lot of money being that I’m there every single day the employees that were once there were great and knew my order and conversed with me and made sure my drinks were made with flat lids. The new morning crew specifically the black lady are very rude. I ask for them to please switch my lids (youd think she’d make my drinks right since I’m there daily) and she’s always rude and reply’s IT IS. I come to this location because it’s open before the martins next door but now I will take my business there to not have to deal with these rude employees. If you don’t like making your customers requests find another job. We customers didn’t ask for you to apply at Starbucks where customer service is key!!! Bring back my honey who went to the south side!!! THEY WERE THE BEST.

This Starbucks is so wonderful, the staff are my favorite part of my morning. They are always so welcoming and kind. Thank you to all of you working here and your dedication to your customers. I own a small business right around the corner and come here almost every morning just to see them and get my drink. I go out of my way to make it to this Starbucks sometimes instead of another I might be close to. Keep up the great work Starbucks team and I’ll see you in the morning.

I've been standing at the counter for 5 minutes watching a female employee with a capacious, obnoxious, phanny pack. She stood there on the phone texting the entire time. She kept crouching and moving out of my eyeline (attemptedly) to avoid me watching her text on her phone. That just says a lot about the work atmosphere. There were other employees working their butts off while this girl stood there on her phone with lack of self awareness.
