They were just what I needed on a Friday after a week of crappy sleep. Cashier (must have been supervisor) complimented my hair and bangs, made sure my name was spelled correctly and got my order right.

The barista (tall guy with long hair) made my iced CDL perfectly. I watch like a hawk because other Starbucks put milk in my drinks instead of soy sometimes! Argh! But he constantly checked the label of my drink and three other drinks he was preparing. That employee needs to train everyone else! Lol

You all made my day! Thank you kindly! ☕️💚

It was very busy and many people waiting inside - which I assume was from the IU vs Notre Dame game. There were multiple baristas working, they were very kind and efficient.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to more like star yucks!! Dec18th 2024 aprox. 5:00 pm The little blonde haired server was snob!!! Disrespectful and snotty and instead of solving the issue ....insisted that it was door dashes issue. I wasn't even being rude but she couldn't even be bothered with me 😡 Starbucks allowed my customers coffee to get stolen and wouldn't remake the order. The customer and I will be reporting

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 8 employees and only 1 making your drink one at a time. Literally 3 teenagers on their phones and just a lack of common decency and self awareness. These are who you’re paying to be the face of your business. A bunch of people who are scared to make a drink so they put 4 people on one register. Never coming back

I asked for extra Carmel, and I definitely didn't get it, but the staff was pleasant, and the atmosphere was nice

This location is on my way to work so I come here regularly. I'm not sure what changed but for a while now the espresso has been too hot like to an unsafe temperature. I live 15 minutes away and it is still not cooled down enough to safely drink by the time I get home. This is not an issue that I have noticed with other locations. In every other way my drinking experience are always great.

While they made my drink iced instead of hot, they made it quickly and in a kind manner. The barista Jay, in particular, is very attentive, great communicated, and aware of customer’s needs as they are moving about the cafe.

Retired barista here. It's my 30th year as a school teacher, but in order to make ends meet, I spent my first 11 years also working nights and weekends at Starbucks in West Palm Beach, Florida ?. I was also part of the team that opened Spain's first Starbucks at Atocha-Renfe in Madrid ??.

Unfortunately, most Starbucks stores have lost all touch with the "third home" experience of the 1990s and early 2000s, having become mere take-out windows for drive-through and online orders. This store, however, is a wonderful exception. All of the Starbucks partners greet me by name and work hard to make my grande soy hazelnut mocha to perfection ☕. The flavor, texture, weight, and temperature are always on point, and their condiment bar always looks immaculate.

I have spent many mornings here this summer, working on my lesson plans in French ??, Latin ??, and Italian ??. When school starts again in a couple of weeks, I probably won't be able to come in as often, but I will always continue to recommend this store and sing the praises of its team members. In the spirit of Mr Schultz's old-school Starbucks snapshots, 5 stars for legendary service ?.
