What is happening at this Starbucks. I came here twice and everyone is so rude. It’s especially confusing because midwestern people are usually so nice. Both days eyes were rolled at me by two different people. Is this why everyone mobile orders? Also my drink is on the menu, no customizations.

Waited for a drink for forever and my drink was disgusting. Ordered a matcha iced latte and the barista put wayy too much matcha powder in it. It was a dark green and had clumps of powder in it.

Stood at the register for 5 mins and didn't even get greeted. 2 baristas where making drinks. I just walked away
Noticed the tumblers were displayed with a 50% off coffee and gifts tag. Picked one up, took it to the counter, cashier rung it up and it was not on sale. Told them I didn't want it and they need to change their signage, told that it was correctly displayed. Have the photo to prove it, but alas you don't have the option to share.

Went to Starbucks and ordered a vanilla oat milk expresso coffee hot. Girl made it and handed me a cold coffee. I said no I wanted it hot she said she couldn’t make it hot. I told her I got one last week here she just looked at me and walked away waiting on someone else ignoring me completely. WOW! Someone not doing her job.
