I had to come by for my once a month treat, glad I chose Starbucks totally worth the price.Well crafted, extremely pleasant presentation, flavor of the charts that comes with the excellent customer service friendly smiles and go gettem attitude.This stores on point, it’s unfortunate the business is slow here many potential customers are missing out on some great products and service.I would recommend the caramel crunch frappe which I uploaded photos of come give it a shot you will be crawling back for more.

Misrepresentation of an offer that included free coco. Customer only had to purchase a GRANDE DRINK. I was told by the barista that it had to be a hot drink. The sign on the register did not say that and neither did the information on the App. Then my husband and I waited 20 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge that we had not received our drinks. I attempted to describe my order and the barista yelled,” JUST GUVE ME YOUR NAME.” There was a Nancy up there but it was not the drink I ordered plus my husband’s coco wasn’t there. She accused us of not actually buying drinks. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT OUR DRINKS MY WAS MADE WITH THE WRONG MILK!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DID NOT FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES OF THE DRINK REQUIREMENTS.

This place is horrible. They are slow, don't have things in stock, then tell you at the window. The quality of the drinks is hit or miss, usually a miss but varies day to day.. They must be used to it because it doesn't seem to bother the employees any.. Do yourself a favor and walk in to the one in Target (same lot).

Place is great when they can actually keep product in stock... my experience with this location is that they usually have it available Monday and sold out the rest of the week for the last 3-4 weeks in a row

Parking: Plenty of parking space. I go to Martins Grocery Store for mine. The workers are courteous and polite. Thanks Starbucks☺
