The most ghetto Starbucks! They’re always out of items smh please do better

Worst experience by far with a Starbucks. No greeting/no smile/ just very rude! The short heavy set white girl was not friendly at all. She had the audacity to make the customers drink that was served after me before mines. She lied and said the "shots" was slow, when it fact she did not start it right away (I caught that?‍♀️). Very friendly to the other customer though very warm and friendly with her. Don't want to pull the race card but that's what's it's giving?‍♀️won't be dining here anymore and I do not recommend this place!

Logan gave excellent customer service. She’s friendly and easily understandable. She gave awesome patience with a smile. She made me feel very welcome and not rushed.

I’ve lost count of how many times there will be two workers there and only one doing any work. It’s always during a rush that one of them just leaves them. In this case they were chatting with a Martin’s employee for at least 10-15 minutes. If you’re in a rush just go to the Starbucks location across the street.

Well I stopped to get coffee while heading to work overtime from being at work for 24 hours. It was roughly a few minutes past 7 am on a Sunday. I was the only one in there. There were two staff and a trainee. I pretty much order the same drink. A chocolate cream cold brew. I also ordered a blueberry scone. The scone was fine. But they took my order and one staff member was making drinks from online orders while the other staff member was making espresso for the trainee to sample to taste the difference. The staff making the drinks had made a few drinks for I’m assuming people there and one Togo order. I waited 10 minutes for my drink. I was the only person in the store. I don’t know how they run the staffing there but the other staff member didn’t seem to mind that I was waiting all good amount of time while she made espresso for the trainee. I think she made like 3-4 different shots for her. Needless to say once I got my drink I didn’t have time to wait and left. I did notice that she made my drink funny. Normally they put two pumps of vanilla with cold brew coffee then add ice and the chocolate foam for a medium drink. Well she put to much cold brew in it and dumped it out. They dumped to much so she added water. The drink was horribly watered down. I ate my scone and threw out my drink. I won’t be going back there.

Three employees working at the counter stood against the back counter while I waited for them to take my order. I was the only one in the line at that time! I was very disappointed with the service I received.

Only down side is they have no drive thruBut I do love this place!!! It's inside martins and soo convenient!
