A couple of weeks ago, our order was given away to the wrong person. They gave us a paper entitling us to a free pizza and chippers. We called tonight an hour before the time listed on the website and was told "sorry were closed" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS!!!!!

I have never had a bad pizza from Starlight, but this was bad. It was so greasy I had to use 4 napkins just to get some of the grease off of it. I will not be going back to this one on Crumbstown.

I’ve heard good things about Starlite and wanted to give it a try. We ordered a medium pizza and two salads for $30, which seems astronomical. The pizza was lackluster but okay tasting. We ordered salads with no onion or pepper, yet got salads with no tomatoes, peppers, onions, or black olives. We’ve just moved back into the area and are sad to say we will not be returning to Starlite.

Newer to SB and found starlite pizza about 6 months ago, fell in love with the food! It became our new go to. Tonight, we placed an order online and waited at least 30 minutes before we headed to pick it up per our online confirmation. When we went in to pick up we were warned by another customer with a "good luck". Quickly found out that our food wasn't ready (1 cheese pizza) an older woman snarkily said it's not ready yet we just got your order. We replied that we placed the order over 30 minutes ago and came in when we were instructed. While saying this we were interrupted by a man in the back who yelled "I'm the only one making Starlite pizzas tonight so it's gonna be a while!" The older woman then changed her story and said she actually just now handed him the online order. We asked if there was a better way to order and she told us to call the phone number. We had to wait almost an extra 20 minutes for our 1 pizza.It was all very rude, if we get Starlite again it will be from another location. I shouldn't feel like a burden as a customer and if online ordering doesn't work correctly, disable it.Gets two stars because the pizza was still good.

Not sure who the newer employees are, especially the older lady, but they are VERY RUDE! Food was NASTY and inedible! Prices are a rip off for the quality/quantity of food! That's the LAST time I give them my money!
