The cleanest Subway I’ve seen in a long time. Twice ordered via app and within 5 minutes my orders were ready.
All the negative reviews are not about food or cleanliness, the two main factors really.
Yes toppings can be a bit more plentiful but margins are tight these days

I frequently stop at the Subway on the way to the airport because they're the only Subway that usually open till 10:00 p.m. in the area I was just here a few nights ago at 9:40 and received my sub amd normal service... tonight I figured I'd be a little proactive and call ahead as I was driving their 5 minutes away and call in my order that way I can get my food even faster and be out of there quicker so they wouldn't have people so close to closing time. I decided to call in my order to make things even more expeditious and the young man that answered the phone said they were not taking call in orders in fact they were closed this was about 9:35 p.m. according to the Google listing and according to a couple of days ago they close at 10:00 p.m.... I asked the young man on the phone don't you guys close at 10:00? I mentioned I was just there a couple of days ago at 9:45 and they were open he said well that was a different day this is today! In bit of a sarcastic tone... I said oh you're closing time changes by the day? Sarcastically he says yes I said okay we'll see you in about 5 minutes I continue to drive to the store and as I arrived there there's another individual pulling on the locked door so that's at least two customers whoever owns this particular location maybe you can look into your employees closing at least 30 minutes early Some Nights And Turning Away business

the girl that took my order was really polite and helpful, she recommended the new menu items and sold me on their footlong cookie. everything was clean and fresh, which is a big deal for me because i work in the food industry and take cleanliness seriously. it’s so spacious i could seat my whole family here for events. 10/10 recommended!

We walked In a requested to use the restroom before ordering, we wanted to wash hands and use their public restroom. We were told no the restroom was locked and she would not open it for paying customers. She said something happened the night before and they locked it. So we left because we were paying customers and couldn't wash our hands before ordering and eating.

We walked into the restaurant at 9:05pm to place our order. Before we even made it to the counter, the 2 teenage girls stated they weren't taking any in-house orders, only online orders. I proceeded to tell them, as we turned around to walk out, that it says they closed at 10pm and they should still be serving food. When we were in our car to leave, one of the teenagers came to the door and flipped us off and the other was flipping us off from behind the counter!!! I called and reported them last week and then again today as it has bothered me tremendously that these 2 teenagers felt they had the right to treat customers the way they.

Ordered online. Says dasher delivered and they didn’t deliver. Called and they said there’s nothing they can do. Don’t use their service. Unless you want to get screwed over.
I wanted a heavily loaded veggie sub and I had to keep asking and asking and asking for veggies. The girl acted like the spinach was coming out of her check. 12 leaves of spinach. Got tired of asking for more. I don't understand what the big deal was attitude each and every time. Sad. Acting like Chipotle.

Ordered my food online didn’t get half the ingredients in my sandwich called. The lady told me to bring my food I bit out of to have ingredients put on it. When asked her name she hung up on me twice. Very rude especially when it’s not busy and it’s your job to make an order correct the first time.
