The older lady working IS VERY SLOW. She doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing. The last couple times I have ordered online & it’s never ready. And please read the request we make when placing order!!! So frustrating.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The parking situation is very sketchy. The guy working was very quiet, I could not hear a thing he was saying. He barely put any meat on our sandwiches, then didn’t even close the sandwiches before cutting them, making them a huge mess and 3/4 of the sandwich on one side and 1/4 on the other.

We just ordered there, I’m writing this after we’ve ate in.

Pros:
They have seating, AC in store with good music.
Their adverts are up to date.
Cold fridge (we got bottled drinks).
Two workers on staff, they were nice.

Cons:
Parking, located semi behind the store.
Parking lot area riddled with trash.
Tables are dirty, when we entered there was a couple in there eating but about 5 tables had food and crumbs on top and on the flooring.
Lettuce was beyond wilted.
Serving baskets were sticky, didn’t appear to have been washed.
Dead flies on the window sill.
Caked lint on the fan blades (thankfully they weren’t on).
Hand written signs for pricing (seemed old and not dusted) *I understand this is a franchised owner.
Huge empty non working fridge in plain sight as well as racks not utilized just stored in the dining area.
Cookies seem old so we opted out.
Soda fountain machine area unkept (reason for the bottled drinks selection).
Trash not removed, piling.

They weren’t busy, but there were two workers (we could only assume they were the owners)-just sitting on their phones. They could have utilized the down time to clean their facility and for the love of everything good-replace OLD veggies. We stayed and ate in just in case, they were doing other productive things so we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt..needless to say, they weren’t and didn’t clean at the least bit. We wouldn’t come again. First and last time.

we got:
-6 in. Flatbread Philly (lightly toasted) provolone with cucumber/banana peppers/green peppers/purple onions. Meal (bottled lemonade) with chips. *philly meat was scarcely added*
-footlong meal of the day (meatball marinara) provolone (lightly toasted) with banana peppers/green peppers. Meal (bottled Pepsi) with baked chips.
Total: $24 and change.

GO TO Subway near Bethel University or Subway in Heritage Square (those two are clean and great!).

little awkward atmosphere. took a very very long time to make 3 sandwiches. the person making the sandwichs kept putting the wrong stuff on. and moved very slowly. look like they might of been waiting to something with their headphones in and couldn't really hear us

Ordered through doordash not only did they get my order wrong, the bread was stale and they gave me yellow mustard instead of honey mustard. The sandwhich was so entirely drenched in yellow mustard I had to throw it away. It was physically leaking out of the sandwhich like a water spout. Clearly making a sandwhich now requires a bachelor's degree. Go to a different one.

The store was filthy and the service was awful. The old lady was working alone and never said a word to anyone. Where are the managers? Who is running this place? Will not be back. Took 40 minutes to get a mobile order.

Waited in line 15 minutes for a random person (who had been sitting the entire time I was standing in line) to walk up and the lone employee ask him for his order. No words when I walked in about him being on line or anything. Biggest joke on the south side

Dirty and SUPER slow service! Had an elderly lady in there that absolutely should not be behind the counter. Can't maintain a pace suitable for quick service. Only 2 people ahead of me and took 20 minutes to get to us! Music was to loud for her, she couldn't hear anybody and she messed up every single sandwich by making the wrong one. Drive to any other subway and save yourself the trouble!!
