The store was filthy and the service was awful. The old lady was working alone and never said a word to anyone. Where are the managers? Who is running this place? Will not be back. Took 40 minutes to get a mobile order.

Waited in line 15 minutes for a random person (who had been sitting the entire time I was standing in line) to walk up and the lone employee ask him for his order. No words when I walked in about him being on line or anything. Biggest joke on the south side

Dirty and SUPER slow service! Had an elderly lady in there that absolutely should not be behind the counter. Can't maintain a pace suitable for quick service. Only 2 people ahead of me and took 20 minutes to get to us! Music was to loud for her, she couldn't hear anybody and she messed up every single sandwich by making the wrong one. Drive to any other subway and save yourself the trouble!!

Worst Subway i have ever been in. Two employees working that never said a word to anybody and could not have worked slower. I was second in line when i arrived, after 20 minutes i gave up and went to Culvers next door. Dont waste your time here.
A part of having a nice atmosphere inside is feeling safe walking to and from your car and where you park your car. This subway is not well lit. It has several outside lights that are burnt out, and there always seems to be trash blown up against the fence so it just looks sketchy. The music that was playing in there when we went was loud and annoying. The person did not follow our instructions when putting on the vegetables. And there was only one person working at that time and it was the evening shift. A very fidgety male came in who walked back to the bathroom and then cut in line in front of a gentleman behind us. I would be a little scared to work or eat there in the evening time.I do appreciate that Subway has coupons. And though our sandwich was not put together as asked, it still tasted good.

Shame on subway for scheduling just 1 person to run the store all by themselves, without help when the dinner rush is in effect.

Came in for a foot-long monstrosity. You'd think if I'm paying for 2 extra meats (extra $5) at the subway premium I'd get a little leeway on their STINGY TOPPINGS RULE. But no. Honestly after this experience and the stupid cost I'm making my own subs at home. Wouldn't order Subway if it was the only thing keeping me from starvation at this point, let alone from here. Workers always seem bothered when someone comes in, regardless if that actually are working on something or not.

do NOT go to the Subway at 135 E Ireland Rd in South Bend IN.Me and my fiance went in to get two footlong subs, the worker Diane she is very old, maybe lates 60's. As she went to toast my bread she left my fiances sub sitting, in that time frame we look over and there is knats crawling all over his bread we brought it to her attention she then shoed them away! he simply at that point obviously asked for a new bread and she told him no she would not get him new bread, then proceeded to ask me what i wanted on mine I then told her nevermind and that I no longer was going to buy from that store after how rude she was and to not want to replace the sandwhich after there were bugs crawling all over his bread the fact she shoed them away and refused to give him new bread just blew my mind. How disgusting! Shame on her so not only did she have to throw mine out since it was toasted but I then watched her put his turkey and cheese back in container to be served and put the bread right back on the rack for the next person to get when they order that type! Absolutely foul.

Short on staff. One person to do everything. The food was good, but the server had to stop in the middle of making the sandwich to answer the phone. There wasn't anyone cleaning tables. I'll go back and hope for a better experience, just to be fair.
