The last couple of times I went here with my kids to get the yogurt, the guy who scoops the topping was extremely rude. I’m guessing he’s the owner because he’s the only person I’ve ever seen there. After I get the ice cream for the kids I let them pick their toppings and this guy puts so many toppings in the bowl that you can’t even enjoy the yogurt. I’m guessing he does this because he wants the bowl to weigh more so he can make more money. Let people put on their own toppings weirdo.

Honestly, this place has become disgusting from the moment you arrive, they serve you with a bitter face, paying an exaggerated amount in advance for an ice cream is ridiculous, it is nothing like it was a few years ago, my children and I feel extremely uncomfortable seeing each other recorded all the time as if it were a prison. It's a shame since it used to be nice to go and have ice cream prepared to your liking, now I prefer to drive longer and get to Granger where it is worth spending my money on delicious ice cream and in a totally pleasant and comfortable place.

Any business that wants to fly their American flag upside down…for any reason..does not deserve my business. Shameful!

I've always liked sweet frogs until now. I was there with my children, and the employee working was incredibly rude to us. Even my children said that the employee was rude. There were also cameras taking pictures of everyone and displayed on a TV. I felt like I was being watched 24/7 (which I was). I am never coming back to this location.

The shop was clean, and that’s the only reason I give it any stars at all. Walking into this store feels like walking into a maximum security prison and I’m only exaggerating a little bit. The employees are rude and watch you like a hawk, micromanaging everything you do. There are signs covering every wall telling you what not to do, and there is an entire tv dedicated to showing customers that they are being recorded. The yogurt is not worth the surreal and passive aggressive experience of going to this place. Not to mention outrageous prices and the inability to get your own toppings. No wonder the store is empty every time I pass it.

Updated Review. We will never come back after tonight's experience. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed, but the experience sure did. The woman behind the counter was rude and the furthest thing from customer oriented with her attitude. They only do flat rate cups now and the small size will cost you $8. Medium is $12. They don't give out sample cups unless you purchase a flat rate cup, and they won't give you a spoon until you have added your toppings. It feels more like a jailhouse chow line than it does a fun froyo place. There are signs plastered everywhere telling people to pay attention and watch their kids. There are signs saying that they'll charge you extra if you don't stop the handle right after you remove your cup, or before you put it under.Extremely disappointed with what this place has turned into, it used to be our favorite place to go. If you don't like what you're doing, shut the place down or sell it to somebody who enjoys human interactions...Original review: Amazing place!

I was just there after about a years absence. I stopped going because prices were ridiculous after new management took over. I got a coupon by Email, so I decided to go back. Well, they refused to accept the coupon even I showed them it specifically said SweetFrog Southbend. All the worker would say is that they shouldn’t have sent that to us…unbelievable. So we stayed and payed over $30 for 4 small cups, wow. If the kids wouldn’t have been looking forward to going Al day, we would have left. They had signs saying if any product doesn’t land in your cup you’ll be charged for it. Another sign saying if you abuse the free samples (lol) you’ll be asked to leave and never come back. Seems a bit extreme. You can’t add your own toppings either which is annoying, so they decide how much you can have, also they don’t weigh your cup anymore, it’s all a set price which explains they limited toppings. The tv doesn’t have cartoons on anymore, now it’s just used as a spy monitor. I’m honestly surprised they don’t charge to let your kids use the crayons and paper. What was once a nice little family oriented place is now too overpriced and not very inviting. I won’t be coming back.

Over priced for yogurt quality that has gone down hill, it’s not as sweet, not creamy at all, almost gritty tasting. The price model is crazy for what you get, the only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is because the person at the counter was friendly. Also the huge security screen in the back was unsettling taking pictures of my family.

We stopped going, we felt watched and it just was an unpleasant feeling. My younger sister loves frozen yogurt but we just decided to switch to dairy queen for frozen treats. It was good at first years ago really kid Friendly and payed by the weight and so we would love to DIY now its as if we aren't cautious we fear we may be rude to the owner and establishment. We have also heard more gossip in general on this location on social media, and did not read much into it.We were not treated bad. We just did not feel comfortable.
