They are soooo slow. I literally sat in line for 35 minutes. Their drive thru line sucks as well. Once you get in line you can’t get out.

This location is just awful, 90% tortilla and 10% filling... basically eating a seasoned tortilla shell at this point. Plus they forgot like 4 of my items and no it wasn't the delivery driver, it was this location that did this.

The service speed is good. They get your food out to you immediately, but no matter what they forget something you ordered your sauce packets. And always seem to forget sour cream, garrulous of what item you buy. And most of the time you have to pay extra for sour cream. No one likes to pay money for something they’re not getting.
They told me the bathroom was out of order. I went out to my vehicle and I see a guy with key to go into the bathrooms. This is not right.

I just ordered off of the Taco Bell app and I didn’t get the drink I ordered at all and the food I ordered was very cold they neeed help on night shift smh

I ordered a 12 pack of taco supreme. They gave me a 12 pack of tacos. When I went inside. I was told I ordered tacos. I told them I ordered Supreme tacos. The lady went back to the office said her GM is here. Came back and asked if she could give me tomatoes and sour cream on the side at no cost. I said I rather you put them on the tacos. She charged me an additional $10 for tomatoes and sour cream. When I originally ordered the guy at the drive through asked me if I would buy him fireworks. I looked at him and said no. Who does that? I have not eaten at Taco bell for a while because it seems every time I do. There is some sort of misunderstanding on their part. I can tell you. I won't be eating there again. When I got home. I noticed they through some sort of extra messy something in there I didn't order. Not sure what it was but I threw it away. Guess I'll make my own tacos 🌮 again. Very didapointed.
