Food was made to perfection and the staff are truly some amazing people to still have good attitudes even with all the "Bad Eggs" they have to put up with in the area. There is no excuse why every OTHER Taco Bell in the area sucks and can't even make a simple taco.. this Taco Bell does it right!!
It’s insane how long it takes the cook to make the simplest of food. Consistently I wait 15-20mins for a single burrito. It’s not like they’re being extra careful and good with the food later, cause once it comes out it’s looking like a toddler assembled it. At this point just let us come in and cook for ourselves ?
Just moved to the area , the app worked great but regretfully it didn’t know the staff was out of nacho fries & chalupas. That being said Amber & Adrian were good sports & explained the situation & walked me through a refund & gladly made what was available . Their customer service was top notch & while talking about my past fast food days we laughed & apparently other customers weren’t as gracious to them as I was . I don’t know if these two are up for a promotion or raises for the new year but in the mere moments I’ve met them they exemplify great customer service & the brand
never go to this taco bell i waited 40 minutes in the drive thru for 2 burritos and 2 large fries. Only received one fry. went back through the drive thru and waited another 30 mins in the (very short) line after we told her we were missing a fry. pulled up to the window and had to wait an extra 10 minutes because “she was waiting on the fries to be done” meanwhile theyre sitting there talking and laughing. Had PLENTY of time to make my fries. Got home and realized they only gave me a small fry ?♀️. do your job. ive worked in fast food i tried my best to understand and not be irritated but it is NOT that hard when u have multiple people working with you and 3 cars in the drive through people shouldnt be waiting an hour for their food. ridiculous

Super rude employees a bunch of kids running the store that stopped breakfast 20 minutes early because they would have to “drop more” even though we have a group of 8 and the kiosk machines let us order it. It is morning time on Friday December 29th. Coming from out of town and had no bad experiences until the lazy young lady on her phone the whole time gave us the breakfast news.

The food at this location has just really gone down hill and that's saying A LOT because it was never that great to begin with. They always, ALWAYS get the order wrong which is why if we do choose to give it another shot when it sounds good, we never use the drive thru because we know something won't be right. On an upside, the service is friendly and fast, now if they could get their accuracy up to par and cut down on the overly greasy meat, it'd be good.
