Two employees working, both running drive-thru in the front of the restaurant. Not very good customer service at the store needs more employees. The food could have been way better order crunch wrap supreme and it was hard. Unfortunately I do not recommend going to the store if there is only two employees.

Ordered food through the app, the app and receipt on bag was correct but was missing food items and only only thing made correctly was the 2 drinks. Only offer was an in app $10 credit on future purchases. A slap in the face for crappy food service and experience

Food not made correctly. Chili cheese burritos had basically nothing in them. I felt like they screwed me over. Not cool. They should be ashamed of themselves but I'm certain they're not. Won't go back again

I didn't get the name of the big man in the drive-thru tonight, he had tattoos and a deep voice. I've never received better service at a tacobell in over a decade. Give that man a raise. Thank you for the exceptional service, guy that could kill me with one punch. You were outstanding.

I ordered 9 items order 4d9b81. I could barely understand the young lady taking my order and had to repeat it and have her repeat it back to me 3 times finally figuring out that she in fact did mess up my order and had to correct it. This was due to the fact that she talked so fast and had the attitude that she did not want to be there.She kept telling me to look on the lower right side of the screen to see if the order was correct, but your screen was not displaying the order.7 out of the 9 had something wrong with it. The quesadillas were not cut, the Pepsi was flat with no carbonation and the hard shell taco shells were stale and soggy, one of which was so soggy that unwrapping it literally pulled it apart to the point that there was no longer a way to use the shell as it was basically mush stuck to paper. I’ve had bad experiences here in the past so tried to avoid this location. I figured it had been awhile so I would try it again. I will never go to this location again. We went threw the drive thru and placed our order. We paid, got the receipt and the food and drove away. Within a few minutes I realized they didn't give me my card back. I immediately called them to make sure they still had it, which they did. We went right back to get it. They may have had my card for all of 10 min. Needless to say, they copied my card numbers down, and over the next few days racked up $1795.79 on my card!! Including buying themselves some dinner at Taco Bell! ALWAYS make sure you get your card back!! I did speak with a manager and haven't heard anything back.

Don't order from here if you want food made correctly or to have a nice experience. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. To the employees: Stop showing up to work miserable. Customers are not doing anything wrong by wanting food. 🙄

The people who work here that don't want to work, please just quit. Consistent inedible food with the worst attitudes. This is the place that will ignore you in hopes you pull off. Swearing off fast food in this city because they all have the same attitude.

I used the mobile app and ordered food drinks and freezies for my little family. We never eat out and decided that we just didn't want to cook as the holidays are very busy for us. When we went to pick up the order they were so rude to us because THEY were out of Co2 for drinks and freezies. Their solution was to give us water bottles. Absolutely refused to give us a refund. Half the food was made incorrectly and NO SAUCE for the nuggets I ordered. I was looking forward to trying tbells new chicken nuggets and was so disappointed I had to eat them DRY. 😫 I wish they would contact the customer if they are out of stuff so I can at least decide for myself if I even want the food still because I don't if it doesn't even come with drinks. Also the amount of time it took them to answer when we drove up to the intercom IS INSANE. It was like they wanted us to think they were not open. Bizarre.
