The night shift team tonight was exceptional. From the order-taking to the execution and overall customer service, everything was truly a 10/10. While the compliment didn’t hurt, the real highlight was how well they performed. Please keep this crew together and consider promoting them, or giving them a well-deserved raise!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. It's deliciously awful American fast food. This particular location has generally has good & quick service; it has repeatedly happened that the app has declared my order ready minutes ahead of my scheduled arrival.

Speaking of which, if you order through the app, I strongly recommend choosing the drive-thru option. It is the exception and not the rule, but I once stood inside by the counter for 15 minutes after the app said my delivery had been completed to get my meal, before someone actually checked in with me. No issues at the drive-thru though!

I was in the drive thru and an employee was very RUDE from the start. And I said well I won’t order now and then he yelled out from the window “I didn’t want to service you no way” like really ? You go out of your way to yell in front of that customer to be petty ? I didn’t get the workers name but HE was very rude this was at 9-10-25 at around 8:40

I would definitely give 0 stars for this place! Second attempt of going to this place and again nothing but attitude given! I just got off work and was trying to feed my kids and had to deal with bs attitude. Then on top of the the drive thru lady snatched the money out my hand so now I’m fuming because I’ve already dealt with the attitude so a snatched my drinks out her hand then she ran to get some guy to try to bully me no sir so I told him she was giving me attitude the whole entire time and she needed to check her attitude. I will definitely not be back to this location again period! Need to get ya’ll attitudes in check and learn how to treat your customers!

Went to walk in and got told the lobby was closed. The front door was not locked and no where dose it give separate lobby hours.

First of all this needs to be said. It’s nearly impossible these days not to have a bad experience when getting fast food. The growing trend of missed items and idgaf attitude is a real issue in the industry. This is not at all the case at this place, especially under manager Tevon and his crew. I witnessed a manager that Truly cares about people. There was a man down on his luck sitting outside the store and I personally witnessed Tevon bring him inside and purchased a drink and 2 Crunchwraps for the man out of his own pocket. He ensured the man that he cared and was not going to let him go hungry. The character of this man is extremely impressive as it was very apparent by the attitude of his crew as to how this manager operates and it made me want to run through a brick wall when I left. The cook Mar also made a really amazing impression by his kindness and smile as he delivered an item that was left off our order accidentally. I wish I could write 1,000 reviews for these two gentleman. These two deserve to both be promoted or at minimum a raise. Let’s face it, nobody wants to work for a fast food conglomerate. It’s a crap job and they don’t get paid enough for what they have to deal with. These two have single handed restored my faith that there still is goodness out there, even at a local Taco Bell! LIVE MAS Tevon and MAR!
