I am constantly getting my food not made properly, i ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and i get seasoned beef, and i ordered a 5 layer without beans because i cant eat the beans and i get a 5 layer with beans, i dont understand what is so hard about reading an order ticket, steak is more expensive so when i order steak i expect to get steak and then when i call no one answers the phone.. im a honest good person and mess ups happen once in a while but this is now the 4th time in a row my order was messed up, its not like i have a big order its always 2 items with a soda.. please teach employees to read tickets and make the item properly.. i dont ask for much..

Part of my order was missing called the store the person answered the store and immediately hung up called then went there to get the rest of my order for a chicken quesadilla and the thing wasn’t cooked and had no chicken will be going somewhere else for now on.
