Whoever Justin is that works here at this taco bell needs a raise. I called in and had a complaint and I started off a Lil harsh, he was very kind and collected and overall pleasant to speak to and I appreciate his kindness back. I do feel bad for how harsh I was at first and I'll apologize again but he was very kind and made the bad experience better than it was.

I order food worth $30 and as soon i left store i relised that bag is way too light worth food , and when back to store and two young black male said they forgot, how come you forgot and you remeber that you forgot, i came back in 2 mins ?

This is by far the best Taco Bell I've been to. The staff was extremely friendly... Especially being that it was 8:00p.m. on New Year's Eve. The hard taco shells were crunchy and fresh , the meat was hot and the soft tacos weren't soggy!... Delicious, thank you.

I went through the drive through and said HI because no one answered and Cloe was so rude and she is the Manager. I was concerned she would spit in others food. I did not buy anything because of it. I hope my food is always clean and respected. I will see if they can get rid of a manager like that and someone better. She is a terrible human being and manager.

Cold dining room, driver the fairly quick, check your bag before you leave though, lots of times haven't received the correct product, also never try to get a job here. There's three interviews before you can even get a "we'll call you" however clearly understaffed. Management doesn't do anything about bad staff service. Not in the best location either.

This place has been terrible in one way or another for the last year. I don't know why I'm still giving it chances but at this point I need to be done with them and they're constant disappointment. Only one visit in the last year has my order been complete as originally wanted. Other times they were missing ingredients, had a broken Freeze drink machine, closed super early (during dinner time) for landscape maintenance but didn't have any indication of that until you pulled up to the speaker, their online order system wasn't working despite the app letting me place an order, or something else is always a problem there. And they are usually slow even with no other customers present. Chances are they'll fail you too based on my experiences.
