We celebrated my daughters birthday here and had an amazing time! Kim was so caring and thoughtful! I can not say enough about the staff and location. Pricing was great. Communication was great. She made sure we had anything and everything we needed. It was worth the 45 min drive. Thank you again for such a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning.

I love the animals and the atmosphere. They even have an Amazon wishlist to donate stuff to the cute kitties. Would highly recommend it to anyone who loves kitties or is thinking of adopting.

So happy that South Bend has a cat cafe! I love the set up, with designated sections of merchandise, the cat room, and a little sitting area to watch the cats through the glass if you desire. I’ve been three times and each time it is still worth it!

Highly recommend! This is a wonderful establishment and the owner, Kim, is very informative and genuinely cares for the residents of the Cafe! And the fact that the kitties (except Head Supervisor Chipmunk) are available for adoption is just wonderful for giving these kitties a chance to have a loving forever home. My wife and I cannot wait to return!
OMG!! i love this place so much!! i will admit finding it was a bit tricky, but when you did it was like a diamond in the rough! my family and i traveled to Indiana for a ND campus tour and the game.. we booked the earliest reservation at 10 and i have ZERO regrets. the staff were soo nice and the coffee i had (iced pumpkin spice latte) was so good! the room with cats was surprisingly clean and well taken care of. the kitties were so sweet and i think i left a bit of my heart there. i will 100% be back if i find myself in town ?

We did not know what to expect when we entered, but we were surprised.
Let me first say, this place is very cute. The idea of a cat cafe is amazing in theory, but my issue is one thing and one thing only.
They charge you to actually interact with the cats. Which we found to be a turn-off.
It turns out this specific place is associated with the Humane Society. So what happens basically is you enter the cafe and are able to purchase food, drink and items if you choose. There are some tables in the back to sit at if you would like. The cats are in a separate room, there are windows all around so you can see them visually but they cannot be touched unless you pay to go in the room with them, and it wasn't cheap in my opinion. They charge per person by the hour if I remember correctly.
I just remember when she told us the cost, there were 6 of us, and it was way too much to pay just to sit in a room with cats.
I would advise if this is something you're interested in doing to call in advance so you know what to expect.

It's always a good time at The Cat Lady Cafe. Great selection of cat merchandise, drinks and goodies, plus lots of feline friends to pet and play with. 100% recommend!! ❤️
Great place to visit with cats, enjoy a coffee, fall in love with a cat and end up with two of them in your home. Very nice 😊

The people there are super kind, the drinks are yummy and creative, and what’s better than hanging out with cats?
Came into this cafe with my boyfriend after knowing about it for a few weeks and we were just a bit disappointed. The drink prices are great. All about $4-$5 but what I'm not seeing in all of these reviews is that you have to pay $11 per person for an hour with the cats and $6 per person for 30 minutes with the cats. I guess that must be my fault for assuming a "cat cafe" means the cats will be in the same room as you while you drink your beverage. Don't be blindsided by the catch like I was. I should have known the drinks were cheap for a reason. But I would much rather buy a $10 coffee and get in to see the cats for free. I also hear the cats are adoptable though so there's that if you're looking for a cat.
