This place is permanently closed - came last year and tried to go back last night. š
Sad this place is closing. It's one of a kind. Bar tenders are quick and friendly. Games are free. Fun place to go!
This is by far the best bar in town for dancing and socializing if you want to actually be around the South Bend crowd instead of the ND crowd. It's a shame that the owner is closing it down and turning it into just another sports bar. We're losing something that is really unique and awesome. End of an era.
Rachel is by far the worst example of someone you want to serve you at a bar. Not only was she extremely rude to me, but clearly intoxicated. Every time i have visited this bar i avidly avoid her.
Love waiting 10 minute for service while the bartenders take shots.
Amazing bartenders, TONS of old retro games free to play. It's all around an amazing spot for everyone, from nerds and clubbers akin. Drinks are relatively cheap compared to the surrounding bars in the area. Bouncers are cool asf, Highly recommend š
All games are free and you dont even have to buy drinks! nice old school arcade games
Music was poor lol, but if you like it cool.
The bartender told me she didnāt have a shaker so she couldnāt make my drink. How in earth do you have so many liquors and donāt have the ability of just mixing it? It was just a poor excuse. šæ
Charged my card multiple times 3 days after i was there.

Walked in thinking this was an arcade with drinks. It's a club with a few working arcade games. Probably a cool place if you're looking to go clubbing, but it's advertised as an arcade bar, not a club. Most of the games didn't work. People were nice, but not really as advertised.
Worst drink selection Iāve ever seen. Not a single beer I drink. So, I asked for a mixed drink recommendation and was carded for the 3rd time in under 5 times. Then, she didn't even recommend anything! Unfortunately, this wasnāt my first awful experience Iāve actually never had a good one! Emo night last year I waited over 45+ mins to get a drink they just kept skipping to whomever in the queue. They were not paying any attention and taking forever⦠donāt go on a theme night⦠at least they have Frogger! BAR TENDERS ALWAYS HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE! I'll pop in on a weekday to avoid a crowd but I can't even get my friends to come here after Emo night :( I JUST WANT TO PLAY FROGGER MAN!

Got there before 1am and the doors were locked on a Saturday.
This garage bar arcade-themed spot is a fantastic place for a fun night out! The atmosphere is unique, with a cool mix of retro arcade games and garage-style decor that really sets the vibe. The game selection is impressive, and itās easy to lose track of time while enjoying classics like pinball and Pac-Man.
The drinks are well-made and reasonably priced, adding to the experience without breaking the bank. The only downside is that it can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, making it tough to snag a game right away. Overall, itās a great place to hang out with friends, relive some nostalgia, and enjoy good drinks and games. Highly recommend!

I've been to the Garage Arcade a few times and have always had a great time. Staff is friendly, the space is nice and we all enjoyed the food truck located directly outside. Love playing the arcade games too! Really enjoy the indoor and outdoor space.
