Picked up Turtles in a little speciality store in Cedar Key, Florida (shout out Main Street Mercantile) and they were fantastic. I make homemade Turtles at the holidays with the very best ingredients and these were just as good and fresh. Yum!

As someone with little kiddos, this is a great place to check out with them. Do the factory tour! Also they are opening a new factory that is going to be amazing!!! They really care about the community.

They have the chocolates my wife likes

Love their chocolate. Can only get it once in a while because of the cost. I don't have any issues with them for that because better ingredients cost more. I really do appreciate their large reduction in price for ones that didn't come out perfect. Those are every bit as good as ones that look perfect.

They aren't doing the free tours anymore, but the one that you have to pay for was a neat experience, although nothing special. The tour guide was knowledgeable and great. Chocolate sold there was definitely more expensive than the stores.

It is a fun place to enjoy some local delicious chocolate and other treats. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Not impressed. Took family who was visiting from out of state and I was so embarrassed because the tour was actually a joke - seriously! It didn't help that there was 2 school buses of kids who were unruly and loud. Because of them we had to do the tour backwards - yes backwards! The kids were so loud that we could hardly hear the tour guide, who acted like it was a major inconvience to give us a tour - it was like she didn't like her job and that she really didn't want to be there. Another disappointment was that we thought we would see more of the production of the chocolates and candy. The only production that we saw was the conveyor belt with employees putting pretzels on them so they could be dipped in chocolate. That was it! I hope that the new location that opens in March is more up-to-date and the tour is more of a tour than a brief overview. I do not recommend the tour - as it was more of a joke than anything.

Was given a tour of the candy making facilities. Nice retail area and given a free sample. Delicious candy. Recommend rum meltaways!

Absolutely love their hot chocolates here, and was right on the way home as well. I can't wait to see the new location just off the by-pass soon. :) Wish the sweatshirts weren't so expensive though. There is one I saw I would love to have but cost was almost $50, so I decided to pass on it. Would have been great for the winter months too. A med. hot chocolate is $5 and some change just to help anyone who hasn't been to this location before.

Can be pricey for chocolate but the hot chocolate is delicious and best I've ever had, had not had one since they moved out of the service plazas on the turnpike

The tour was good lady was very nice made sure she answered any question we had was proficiently knowledgeable about everything that was going on can't wait to take the tour in the new building that they're building now. So get down there and check it out for $5 a person it was definitely worth it.

Highly recommend a tour here. We were there on Monday at 11am and just walked in. It was an impromptu visit as my daughter (4) and I had a free day with nothing to do. I thought why not check out the factory as it had been on a bucket list. The tour guide was at the checkout and told my daughter to pick something while she waited. She gave a seasonally packaged treat to her for free (granted, it was Easter themed in August, but that's what my daughter wanted). There were a total of maybe 6 or 7 that went on the tour with us. I didn't have any idea what to expect, and definitely was pleasantly surprised by how many goodies we got to taste along the tour, and how much attention they gave my daughter. She had a blast! I wish I knew the tour guide, but she was funny and sweet, and ended up giving us a couple more free treats when checking out. The tour itself was only $7 for the both of us. An inexpensive fun day at the factory. She wants to go back soon so Daddy can experience it with us :DWe were informed they are expanding to build a factory from the ground up (DT south bend I think?) to be opened in March of 2024, which is great!
