Timbers Fast Food & Deli South Bend

Always had a good experience with Timbers, Service is always good, atmosphere, always clean, but the last 2 times food has not been great quality. This time the pizza was doughy and fried mushrooms were mushy. The last time, pizza was burnt to a crisp and not good at all.

Can never go wrong with Timbers! Always great food and service. We absolutely love the burgers. They're big, filling, and worth the money. The pizzas are also pretty good! We've never had bad service either. They can get busy, but it's a great place on a weeknight to enjoy dinner.

If I didn't take my chicken buffalo wrap home today, I would have sent it back. The wrap had two little chicken tenders doused in hot sauce to the point it was making the wrap soggy as well as some of the fries. Normal buffalo chicken wraps have pieces of seasoned chicken with lettuce and tomato and dressing, usually ranch. At least the fries without hot sauce were good! Cannot belive this meal was served this way!

I was very impressed with every staff member I interacted with. First I called and talked to a very sweet lady on the phone and put me thru with the security on detail. That gentleman was very polite also. Going in I briefly talked to the young man that was at the front of house. He was very gracious. I apologized for walking the wrong way thru explaining it was my first visit. He welcomed me and answered my questions and directed me to where I needed to go. After using the bathroom that was impeccably clean, I went to grab a bite and the two young ladies behind the counter were polite and friendly. With a smile they gave me suggestions and helped me put my order in with them. Again, everything was so clean. I've been to a few casinos, most of them have a fake smell to them covering stained carpets. This place smelled (for lack of a better example) brand new. Even the take out container looked like it was made of sturdy paper/ cardboard and I think the straws were paper ones also!
I would highly recommend this casino!!

We have been eating here for yrs. Friend ordered a burger last night well done as she always does. They said they would no longer make a burger well done. She got a manager they said we make them med well now.. She said I pd for it I want no pink. It was pink. Lost 6 customers that eat there every week.

Ordered the Buffalo wings , house salad and a macademia nut cookie.($26).. All was good, the wings are on the greasy / fatty side but I still ate them... Over all, I would recommend if the Buffet is closed and you don't feel like driving to go eat elsewhere.

It’s expected slightly pricey but good fast food casino fare. It’s awesome that they have a plant based menu! The service unfortunately leaves a bit to be desired. While the staff is always friendly the line takes forever (likely because they never have the second register open and the computer system seems slow), and on my recent visit my order was misheard or placed wrong and while they corrected it, I was overcharged, had both a staff member a manager ask me multiple times what I ordered (plant based cheese pizza with extra sauce), was left with cold fries since they didn’t remake along with the pizza, and they threw non-plant-based Parmesan cheese in the box of the plant based cheese pizza. I also ordered seasoned fries and even confirmed the seasoning with the cashier, but received unseasoned fries.

The food is decent but when they’re charging the prices they are for the food it is, I expect it to be a bit easier and more accurate. Other than the same slow line at new buffalo, they’re a much more consistent experience.

Update: I was reached out to in order to make things right. Instead of just ignoring it or giving a refund I was ensured that feedback was taken seriously and knowing Four Winds I believe them! I’ll be sure to go back soon and update my review but for now I’m at least changing the stars to reflect their awesome customer service. Thanks Lauren for your assistance!

Vegetarian options: Plant based menu available, though the staff seems very unfamiliar with it

Dietary restrictions: I usually have few issues here but this time they put real Parmesan cheese in the box with the plant based pizza.

After the horrible experience my husband (a Pokagon citizen) and I had at the buffet, South Bend, on October 15th we decided to go to Timbers and have dinner. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and an order of chicken wings, plain. When I got my chicken wings I noticed they were dark in color but I still decided to give them a taste. When I chewed down on the breading I chipped my back upper left tooth. I took them up to the counter immediately and asked for a refund which I did receive.Now I have to go into the dentist on Wednesday to see if they can repair it. I would like to know how I'm going to be compensated for this destruction of my property (my tooth). I will not ever eat the chicken wings there again. You'll be lucky if I ever come to the South Bend Timbers again.
