She got a manager they said we make them med well now.. She said I pd for it I want no pink. It was pink. Lost 6 customers that eat there every week.

Ordered the Buffalo wings , house salad and a macademia nut cookie.($26).. All was good, the wings are on the greasy / fatty side but I still ate them... Over all, I would recommend if the Buffet is closed and you don't feel like driving to go eat elsewhere.

After the horrible experience my husband (a Pokagon citizen) and I had at the buffet, South Bend, on October 15th we decided to go to Timbers and have dinner. I ordered the Asian chicken salad and an order of chicken wings, plain. When I got my chicken wings I noticed they were dark in color but I still decided to give them a taste. When I chewed down on the breading I chipped my back upper left tooth. I took them up to the counter immediately and asked for a refund which I did receive.Now I have to go into the dentist on Wednesday to see if they can repair it. I would like to know how I'm going to be compensated for this destruction of my property (my tooth). I will not ever eat the chicken wings there again. You'll be lucky if I ever come to the South Bend Timbers again.

We ate here twice during our 3 day stay... the first time I had sweet chili wings, they were a little fatty but good and big portions and my boyfriend got the mushroom and Swiss and he said it was great. The other night we ate there we had a pizza... it was definitely not worth the cost, I was hoping for better, honestly. We tried to eat there in the morning one other time and they were closed... but it said open on Google maps. I would still return, and try other things on the menu. It is definitely the cheaper option at the casino and convenient to grab and go to the room.

Ordered 2 cheese omelettes it was so thin and small didn't taste like real eggs very little potatoes and to top it all, it was a cheese omelette and there was no cheese on either one I ordered. New Buffalo breakfast is much better than South bend at the Timbers. Very disappointed.

Always liked Timbers but not this time. I ordered an omelette to take back to my room. Not good at all. It was rubbery with hardly any ham or cheese inside. And the potatoes were dry. Very disappointed. I did take a picture but nowhere to post it on here.

Hurry up and wait...3 registers, 1 person ringing people up on a Saturday night. That's some brilliant management there guys...not.
It’s expected slightly pricey but good fast food casino fare. It’s awesome that they have a plant based menu! The service unfortunately leaves a bit to be desired. While the staff is always friendly the line takes forever (likely because they never have the second register open and the computer system seems slow), and on my recent visit my order was misheard or placed wrong and while they corrected it, I was overcharged, had both a staff member a manager ask me multiple times what I ordered (plant based cheese pizza with extra sauce), was left with cold fries since they didn’t remake along with the pizza, and they threw non-plant-based Parmesan cheese in the box of the plant based cheese pizza. I also ordered seasoned fries and even confirmed the seasoning with the cashier, but received unseasoned fries.The food is decent but when they’re charging the prices they are for the food it is, I expect it to be a bit easier and more accurate. Other than the same slow line at new buffalo, they’re a much more consistent experience.Update: I was reached out to in order to make things right. Instead of just ignoring it or giving a refund I was ensured that feedback was taken seriously and knowing Four Winds I believe them! I’ll be sure to go back soon and update my review but for now I’m at least changing the stars to reflect their awesome customer service. Thanks Lauren for your assistance!Vegetarian options: Plant based menu available, though the staff seems very unfamiliar with itDietary restrictions: I usually have few issues here but this time they put real Parmesan cheese in the box with the plant based pizza.

Buffalo wings were huge, meaty, and not too hot. They are breaded but not heavily. Crispy and juicy. 6 to a serving and I was stuffed.Burger was fresh, tender, juicy, cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and very flavorful.First time at this Timbers but have been to New Buffalo several times. Consistently good, hearty food at a reasonable price.
