Food was good. HORRIBLE service. Once the food arrived and not even ALL our food, we had ZERO service. No water refills and no soups! ALL WHILE 6 SERVERS STOOD at the register!! We will never be back. A disappointment for paying $75.00!

My family been ordering the famous gypsy skillet for years, the last 2 Saturday orders were awful. Potatoes like chewing plastic, very few other ingredients mixed with potatoes, no favor and small portions compared to price. Not the usual experience we are accustomed to when ordering take out breakfast from Top Notch. Hopefully this gets corrected so we can continue to be loyal customers

I been eating at Top Notch for over 30 yrs and since they moved from Western and Mayflower the service and food is not the same. we order and eat in often and the service is a joke. last week our server never came to our table after taking our order. we continued asking other employees for refill and additional things we needed at our table. We stopped in today and was seated at a drity table now mind you there were only three people in the place. We asked the server could she clean the table which she did.( The server was a sweet young lady) we order our drinks and my cup was drity it had white residue all around the cup however the server brought another drink. We ordered two large julian salads which looked like the small portion salad that had so much lettuce and barely any toppings. to make matters worse the salad dressing was so watery as soon as you poured it on the salad it ruin it. The food and service is not the same as it was on Western Ave, the owner wete always there and the service and food was EXCELLENT. The owner made you welcome and it was the number one spot for breakfast lunch and dinner. I heard that the owner son is managing the restaurant, I wish he would read this and realize that he's running this place DOWN. TODAY was my last time spending any of my money in this establishment.

The Truck Center recommended this place to us. I'm glad we took the service writer's suggestion. The menu was big and the selections were interesting. I had the Mexican Skillet which was really "top notch". My wife had their Notch Benedict, and she totally cleaned up her plate, especially the crisp hash browns, something she rarely does. Their portions were very generous.
Also, their Halloween decorations outside were very cool!

The food was good.. I made a mexican omelet basically but daaamn those pancakes were amazing.
I’ve been getting large take out orders weekly for several years. Today was awful. The pick up was so slow and when I called in the order I had to repeat myself several times. The food is good but with awful service I will not come back unless the front desk is manned by a different person. Kim was always great…speedy, friendly and accurate!
