The place has gone down hill plus the food is nasty! I won't go back.

Everything was awful. I ordered spicy nuggets, a spicy chicken sandwich, and fries. The nuggets weren't spicy, the sandwich was wrong, and the fries were refried so many times they were rock solid; I wouldn't have fed them to my dog. The wait was 15 minutes despite there being only 2 other cars during that entire time period. And to top it all off, every single thing was cold. Not warm, but cold. If I get sick this weekend I'll know exactly what caused it.

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down, shame on Corporate for not taking the severe issues of this establishment seriously. I had a long wait at the drive thru, which would’ve been fine if the kitchen wasn’t over staffed with employees. No one was wearing a mask and we witnessed several non-employees going in and out of the restaurant. These same people were driving recklessly around the parking lot. The worker was in shock when I tried to get a refund after witnessing all of this (no refund given). This place gives a bad image to South Bend and doesn’t deserve any business.

I placed a simple order. They got it wrong. The very rude person working the window was not wearing a mask. I will not be going back. Too bad, I like Wendy's food.

On 10-06-2020 between 9 and 930 pm i went thru the drive thru, i ordered 2 of the 4 for 4's. And the 2 for $5. I had to get 2 spicy because they was out of homestyle chicken. In which i was fine with.. I live literally 10 minutes away from Wendys. When i got home and gave my 2 childern their meals, they was wrong. They gave me 3 medium fries, the chicken nuggets that go with the 4 for 4 and their pop. I did not get my sandwiches nor my kids. So i called and the phone just rang. When i got online to check what time they closed it said 10. At this time its only 9:55pm. So i call the next day and speak to the GM and he apologized to me for the mistakes and said they would replace what i didnt recieve. So today (10/08/20) i call and speak to a manager, told her the issue, and she fixed my food for me. In which im grateful for. But heres my issue.. I get my food.. My bun to the spicy chicken sandwich is burnt. I asked for everything that came on it and for them to add pickle and onion. ( i would pay extra if need be).. All that was on both chicken sandwiches was pickle and an onion.. I appreciate the time yall took out to make my food but i will not be returning to this location...

I will never eat here again! First of all there was no other customers there, but it sounded like a party inside. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and was asked to move forward, mind you, no other customers were there!! When my food came out, it was cold and the fries were old. If you're going to make me pull up, at least give me hot fries and the right burger! Never again will I go there!

Very poor service, my spicy chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. I came back to get my order replaced and had to wait almost 45 minutes! Wow I’ll never return to this Wendy’s location. Very slow service and all the kids working are to busy talking to each other. I wonder how long before this location is closed down for food violations

My chicken sandwich was green and there were rats running around.One of the workers puked and the boss slipped in the puke.
Even tho the line was short and the people were friendly they must've been trying to save money. I ordered 2 "Baconator Breakfast Sandwiches" ... Both of the sandwiches came withOUT bacon on either of the sandwiches. Complete Rip off if you ask me. I would've just gotten a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and added bacon to it, instead of paying an obscene amount for the Baconator Breakfast Sandwich. Complete Joke!!!

Been to this drive thru a few times. It's terrible. Twice there's been a line of cars and nobody answering at the drive through. At like 3 pm. Everyone just drove away and left.
