Stopped here on our way out of town and it was the worst fast food restaurant experience we’ve ever had. It took 5 minutes for the girl to even take our order in the drive thru. We told her the first thing we wanted and she automatically assumed we were done ordering and told us to pull up to the window. We told her we weren’t done and ordered the next thing and then she did the same thing AGAIN. We finally got through our entire order and pulled up to the window to be met with a very unpleasant/unprofessional demeanor. There were multiple employees standing around and it sounded like they were arguing about something. Then she told us to pull forward since we had a larger order. So we pulled up and waited about 10 minutes before they came out with the food. We didn’t order any special things either..the most “fancy” thing we ordered was a 4pc saucy nugget. Anyway, as we checked everything we had multiple things missing and/or wrong. We had like 3 extra orders of nuggets but were missing a plain kids cheeseburger. Makes no sense. My husband went inside to tell them about it and they were rude and told him they put everything right in the bag. Horrible customer service. Then to top it off, no napkins in the bags and 2 of the burgers were cold and we’re talking about an order with 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. There was no line or anything that would cause that amount of mix ups and waiting time. This location clearly needs help or to be shut down.

Dirtiest fast food place around. Rude staff, doesn’t look like they cleaned in a week. Pop machine is filthy and sprays all over-also a sign of not cleaning. Guess you have to die from something, mine as well be food poisoning

Ordered One of the $1 all day, Any size soft drinks, i opted for a lg strawberry Sprite. And a chocolate chip cookie. Get to the window and it's almost $6 because they charged me for a large strawberry lemonade and a cookie, Instead of giving me a refund on the difference....The employee says " well , you might as well take the lemonade and the strawberry sprite since you already paid for it". TF?? And the cookie was so hard I couldn't eat it.

I was just at Wendy's, Never again! I was Not give a receipt so I know the amount charged to my my card. No paper in the register. So not only did I not receive a receipt. The 2 car in front of me didn't get one. And when I demanded a receipt. I was told to pull over because there no recipe to give me. You need register to put paper in. Only because I wanted one. Never again will I go to Wendy I gave no idea how much Wendy took from my account. Shame, Shame on Wendy's

One of the employees there was making my sandwich with no gloves and dirty fingernails and when I asked an employee what her name was they told me Angel and she is a manager. She was rude when I asked her to put gloves on & she asked me “do you want your food or not” and threatened to kick me out the store”. This location won’t see me again, somebody need to handle management and food safety issues.
