Have been to this location numerous times. Every time I come here it seems that something is wrong. The food is cold, I order a medium they give me a small, we order special items they get them wrong. Most of the staff have attitude issues however there are a couple that are nice and seem to above and beyond! We visit this location a lot! And will continue to do so!!

So I haven't been into Wendy's in a long long time. I have a bad craving last night for Wendy's and S. MICHIGAN location MADE MY NIGHT 🎉😋💪🏾 like all my food was fresh and the gentleman at the counter Gave me The signature sauce to go with my tenders that are AMAZING md got nothing on them swear. But anyway the customer service was top tier 👌🏾 the manager said they was short staff an I could not tell they worked together as a TEAM an knocked that drive thru down to nothing and the front counter was clear so fast because they also had a line as well just so professional and fast pasted. Thank you let me enjoy my visit and I won't take so long to come back ❤️

It was a Wendy's. The frosty that tastes like cherry pie was quite tasty however. It has a special name but I can't remember it. My wife thought they stiffed her on the pecans for her salad but she found them after she completed her meal.

It matters who you employ. Terrible service this visit. Bad enough I'm not sure whether or not I will go back. No staws, didn't ask what sauce I wanted for nuggets, and couldn't understand the mumbling and talking to someone else in the background at the drive through. No apologies just a bad attitude from the young lady, like she had better places to be.

Got a single and a double the patties are from 1922 not cooked fresh to order disgusting. Close all wendys in south bend. 25 bucks down the drain!
We waited 20 mins in the drive thru just to get cold sandwiches. When we brought it to their attention...she argued with us about how they just made everything... when I asked then why are the sandwiches cold...she snatched the sandwich out of my hand and opened the sandwich and said the meat is hot but the bun is just cold...the toaster is down... sorry I can't help that... we won't be back agian

Wife and I stooped in to get a burger and asked for toasted buns. No big deal they told us the can do that .. get it out to car no toasted bun. And when I went in to get them remaid the manager tried to use our buns off the sandwich that had mayo on it to do so .... I have never had that nasty of an experience. And the bathrooms were totally gross. Grease all over bathroom floor .. bad service
