Not a single sandwich of the 3 my group ordered were correct. Ingredients no one asked for were thrown on our sandwich, ingredients we did ask for weren’t on it. The shake we ordered was melted when he handed it to us so it must’ve been the first thing he worked on and we sat around for about 40 minutes just for it to all be wrong. Severely disappointed, just go anywhere else for a sandwich.

Kid is talking on the phone while trying to take my order. I'm the only one in there and it takes him 15 minutes to make my sandwich. It's cold. Not toasted. Reject. Do not recommend

I had been to a Which Wich in Chicago a few years ago. It was great. I went to this one last week, and I don't think the attendant had ever made a sandwich. He was talking to someone on his earbuds the whole time. He was also not a good English speaker. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, and it took over 20 minutes. When I got it, it was just meat and cheese, no onions or peppers. He used a microwave to heat it up, but it was still cold. I won't be back.

Would not recommend. I ordered two subs and in both of them, they didn’t have the things I asked for. It was a completely wrong order. I asked for hot subs and they were cold. The sauces I asked for were not even there.

Tried to buy a gift card that they have on display right in the counter and the employee had no clue what it was, didn’t understand that I was trying to purchase it and said he couldn’t help me. Very disappointing.

Sandwiches are poorly made. Consistent mistakes on orders. My sandwich was super soggy, bread was so pale it looked undercooked and didn't receive double meat or the correct size of soda.

ABSOLUTE TRASHthis is the second time they have given me bacon bits on my blt instead of real bacon and don’t tell you. Also forgot the lettuce and tomato on my BLT so it was essentially a bacon bit and avocado sandwich tried getting refund asked to speak to manager they don’t care and said they don’t give refunds and to call corp

I liked that they are sandwiches but they prepare them to your liking and they also have to take care of your diet.

We were there this past Saturday and the woman working there. I wish I would have gotten her name. Did an excellent job. It was the afternoon shift. Food was great. Service was great. Atmosphere was as good as can be expected inside of gas

The lady working was super friendly and knowledgeable. I wish their "large" size pop was larger. It's was the size of a small that you get anywhere else.

These people are beyond rude as soon as you have a problem.

The fries were fantastic.Sandwich was $19.50 which would be fine if the "steak" wasn't cold and tasted like the cheap shaved beef that comes out if the buckets of Italian beef you can get at Walmart. The "caramelized onions" were raw and crunchy. Overall a bad sandwich at any price.
20% better than Subway for more than double the price. Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes are tastier and less expensive. No problems with the service and the order was filled correctly. 3 stars due to the product and value. Paid $11.75 for a “Large Wicked” sandwich that looked very similar to a standard 6” club sub from Subway. To be fair it did include bacon and pepperoni but for almost $12 pre-tax I expect something larger than a 6" sub on white bread. Seems like you must add many premium toppings like avocado and pesto that aren’t available at other places to get closer to a good value. Also not a whole lot of flavor. The white bread bun was very disappointing and worse than Subway, Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes. It was nearly tasteless and sort of chalky in texture. Maybe better to choose something other than white bread or opt to get it toasted.I'm not sure how a 2nd or 3rd tier sub sandwich restaurant can stay in business charging these types of prices unless they come up with some sort of specialty sandwich or have something unique to offer like Jimmy johns peppers, "kickin ranch", whole pickles, etc. My guess is that this chain isn't going to survive long in this area.
Friendly staff
