Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a cake a week ahead and I called an hour ahead of when I was supposed to be there and they said it would be ready. I get there and they have not even touched it and the colors I picked out on the phone were not available. Then I do not get an apology for my wait or anything. They acted like I was the crazy one for being upset. Just the worse. Ritter's from now on for sure!
Absolute worst Peanut Buster parfait ever. Girl at window blamed the long drive thru line and said the owner was trying to open the inside, but wouldn’t because they are scared of COVID still after a year. Very long drive thru wait and parfait was basically just ice cream. #SouthportDQfail.
