Ordered online, picked up at the window.First off I did not get what I ordered (ordered Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting but received the Pizza Hut Icing Dip). Second, the crust/ dough was soggy/ "doughy" and all the toppings were in the middle/ center of the pizza making the crust even more soggy. Additionally the Cheese Sauce for $1.25 is a joke! this tiny, little small cup for $1.25!?

I drive a little further to do business with this Pizza Hut rather than the one that is closer to my house. It is well worth it. The staff is always friendly to me and makes sure I have everything I need. The food is always fresh and delicious and they make me feel like a valued customer. Keep up the good work Speedway & I will see you again very soon!!

Online ordering said pizza would be ready in 15 mins. It was not. It was a full hour before my pizza was ready. They are now using tiny shredded strips of ham instead of full pieces. You can't even taste it. I did not get the pan style crust I ordered either.A couple days after posting this I got an email from their general manager offering to remake my order. It did not say if it would be free or not. I assume it will. I will be taking them up on their offer. It is very nice of them to reach out to a dissatisfied customer and attempt to correct the issue.

Once a few small customer service issues get ironed out, ratings will go way up because the product is almost like the old school Pizza Hut flavor I remember from the 90s LOL - keep it up!!! ? #don'tsleep

I was very disappointed in the food and when I got a email saying that they would remake it nobody answers the phone and they never emailed me back after I told them so. So they weren't willing to work with me though they message me about it!

MANAGER GOT ON THE PHONE IRRITATED TOLD ME BASICALLY SHE COULDNT HELP ME AND PUT ME ON A SILENT HOLD FOR 19 MINUTES AND HUNG UP. ORDERED MY PIZZA AT 8:23pm ETA WAS 8:45PM ITS 9:11PM NOT ETA CALLED TO CANCEL AND GOT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PIZZA STILL ARRIVED AT 9:47pm REFUSED THE PIZZA AND HE PUT IT AS DELIVERED! NEVER AGAIN

I hate leaving bad reviews , besides the pizza being cold which I can live with it was bad weather, the pizzas I ordered they put the all the toppings I wanted off on them and couldn't even cut the brownies, this is why pizza hut is failing and it's a shame I love pizza hut , there was supposed to be no hamburger, sausage , ham only pepperoni , which my receipt clearly shows

This place is just like the McDonald's across the street they always mess up your order and the food is always a little undercooked.. and beware of special orders . They will get messed up.

Ordered and got the notification that it would be delivered at 4:57pm. 6pm and still no pizza. Called and they kept hanging up on me. When they finally decided to talk to me, they hadn't even made the pizza yet. Then hung up on me again. Called and told them to cancel it, they said ok and hung up on me again.
Great service and great food! First time this location actually made my order correctly. Food was great!
