I drive a little further to do business with this Pizza Hut rather than the one that is closer to my house. It is well worth it. The staff is always friendly to me and makes sure I have everything I need. The food is always fresh and delicious and they make me feel like a valued customer. Keep up the good work Speedway & I will see you again very soon!!
Online ordering said pizza would be ready in 15 mins. It was not. It was a full hour before my pizza was ready. They are now using tiny shredded strips of ham instead of full pieces. You can't even taste it. I did not get the pan style crust I ordered either.A couple days after posting this I got an email from their general manager offering to remake my order. Ordered online, picked up at the window.First off I did not get what I ordered (ordered Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting but received the Pizza Hut Icing Dip). Second, the crust/ dough was soggy/ "doughy" and all the toppings were in the middle/ center of the pizza making the crust even more soggy. Additionally the Cheese Sauce for $1.25 is a joke! this tiny, little small cup for $1.25!?
