Tried to order one of the new whoppers but was told they had no sauce for any of them . Then got a regular whopper and the bun was so stale it fell to pieces.

We hit the drive thru after working. So horrible that 5 sandwiches were 35.00. We were hungry and had no choice. They were good.
Unwilling to make it right come here two days in a row thinking you're going to get what you want the second day and still wrong then everybody likes to run their mouth about everything in the back and laugh about you I think this is categorized as Taco Bell in Spencer I highly recommend nobody to come here

Manager was the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in the service industry. Snapped at me during my order for no reason and then continued to argue with me. Didn't realize he was the manager until I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to have a nice day. Never would give me his name and then threaten to fight me as we left the store, taunting me to fight him from behind the counter. This occurred on Sunday May 26th 2024 @ 9:30 am...
