The worst buffet food. Paper Soggy Bacon, Deep Fried corn- Yuck.. overly salty green beans. Dirty Grease fried chicken. Worse of all the Health Code/Osha Violations. The owner's Wife handling food, working in the kitchen in Flip FLops. found big old long hair in my Salad the other day. No Hair nets.

The staff was overwhelmed with the turnout. Some of the food was overcooked. "BUT", I will say that the salad bar was fresh and well stocked with a wide selection.

I loved the food!! I wish the service had been better, but I think the staff was limited and the place was packed! I feel like it needs to be open longer than a few hours. It's hit or miss if you even get in at all.

I love a good buffet ! I've been to Chambers twice now . Everyone has their off days, I believe. My first experience, which was several months ago, was ok . The food was all fresh , clean , and pretty tasty. My second experience was just recently this week, and unfortunately, it wasn't what I was hoping for. The food was all pretty bland with no flavor . It was, however, in the lunch time, and there wasn't much business. The waitress was really attentive, so I will give her the credit she deserves. I may try it again sometime in the future, but I'm not sure . Only time will tell .
