I went here over the summer after the remodel to get a shake. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby. Not very busy. Asked for a refund since I was late for an appointment and they said I would have to wait longer. Walked out and didn’t come back.
Fast forward - yesterday some friends wanted to meet here. We went in, one couple ahead of us, lobby otherwise empty. I ordered a blizzard for my wife and I and some fries. Again, waited 20 minutes. Walked up to the counter to ask what the hold up was and I see the same blizzard we ordered go to the drive thru window for customers who ordered two minutes ago. We finally got a single, large blizzard a whole 30 minutes after we ordered.
Do not eat here unless you want the slowest possible service Spencer has to offer.
