Came in on a lunch break. No ice in coke machine. Almost all the drinks were out, ordered cheese curds and got them only half cooked. Took them back up nicely I said they just didnt tast right, dodmt want to point fingers at all. and first thing back was "that's just how they are" and proceeded to give me a refund. I wanted cheese curds or I wouldn't of ordered them. ?. Then after all that. We finally get all our food, and fries are cold and hard. And buns on sandwiches are rock hard. With a serious overspray of condiments and big brisky black curly hair right off the piece of cheese on the sandwich. Our intire menu was messed up from drinks to sandwiches, to fries, and cheese curds - zero customer care/service. Actually kinda rude. Def. Won't go back!

This was by far the worst DQ I've ever been to. They were out of every drink aside from Coke-Cola. The girl who took our order was rude, short, and didn't try to help or accommodate anything. Considering the fact that an employee who is taking our order sets the mood of the entire experience and her having an attitude and being rude made the experience bad and it only got worse the longer we stayed. I don't normally write rewviews(good or bad), but this experience was by far the absolute WORST experience I've ever had anywhere. I had to let other know. My fiance and I will definitely never come back or recommend this specific DQ to anyone.

The food tasted pretty good but it sat on the counter for a while because we didn't know it was ours. The restaurant had a bunch of handwritten signs over what used to be trash bins and was overall not very clean.
The staff are utterly rude about adding on to orders and charge extra for everything... My 7$ meal deal came out to almost $20. The fries were terrible.. the chicken was thin and dinky.. the ice cream was lacking ingredients and the soft drink machine is constantly broken.. it leaks into buckets behind a curtain I watched the staff empty that and vacuum a drain that made the place stink like sewage. Only come here if you are desperate and McDonald's shake machine ain't working.

We had a great experience with the food service and cleanliness of the store. They chicken strip basket with gravy dipping sauce is always my favorite food wise. All the deserts are amazing!
Miss poor customer service.Didnt know they closed before the sunset.Was told you can order in here but you have to take it out of the resteraunt.Will never go back here and as far as I'm concerned if that's how you treat customers the place should be closed down and put someplace in that treats customers better!!!
