The food is decent. The staff had to be prompted when we needed something. Instead of refilling drinks, they set a pitcher on the table for us to do it ourselves. Never checked to make sure our food came out ok. Then tried to demand a higher tip at the end. We gave over 10%. We were asked why it wasn't 20%. No joke. Likely will not be back. If I have to fill my own drink and wave you down for napkins because you picked them up after appetizers, you deserved 10%. Had you waited on the table asked if the food was good, filled the cups and asked if we needed anything, it may have been higher. Also to try and embarrass someone over the tip you didn't agree with is crazy.

Absolutely LOVE this Thai restaurant!!!! Best pad thai in the world!!! Big menu too! Everything I've tried on the menu is outstanding! The service is super friendly & helpful! The place is very clean and charming. The prices are reasonable for the huge portion sizes! I've eaten Thai food in Chicago, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Bloomington, Los Angeles, London, England and this is the BEST - NO JOKE! It's super delicious! And Simon is very friendly! LOVE THIS PLACE! Only wish I lived closer.

The food is AMAZING ... every single time we go here! The service is GREAT ... very friendly staff and they know their regulars and remember their preferences and favorites. One of mine and my family's FAVORITE places to eat. We ALWAYS highly recommend and send people here.

We love making the trip to Spencer for Jit's. We do miss our favorite server, she went to a different Thai place, don't understand why they only have one server running around like mad. Todays visit was the most disappointing, or only disappointing visit so far. The Thai tea was weak, and we didn't get it until our meals were almost gone. The server said she was actually a cook so we understood why it took so long for everything but they really should have someone helping out on the floor on busy days. I'm just sad cause it wasn't what we wait all month for to come eat today :(

I was at Jit's for the first time this evening. My wife had been there a couple times before with a group of lady friends and had talked about how good the food was. To be honest, I was a little unsure beforehand as I had often heard about Thai food being hot. I had the rotisserie chicken fried rice (mild verson) and it was fantastic. The waiter was excellent, kept us in drinks, was courteous and the meal was ready in short order. I give it an A+ rating and will plan on going back on a regular basis. The servings were large....brought home nearly half the amount served so will get two meals.
